What if there was a new way to obtain kubfu.

My idea is that in emera town there would be another building, a dojo. Here you can pay a fee to enter and then it would be like the battle frontier from pokeclicker. You start by picking 1 or so pokemon (could be adjusted to 6) then you start battling. You start with really easy pokemon, like a level 10 Magikarp, but the difficulty goes up as you win battles. Ex. floor 1 is a level 10 Magikarp then floor 100 would be like a level 200 Arceus.

As you win floors you get prizes, so at floor like 10 you could get a few berries. Then after beating floor 100 you get your kubfu egg. To make getting the kubfus a bit harder you can only do this once a day, and if you lose your done. When you reach a milestone prize you can leave and come back to it later. Also after each round your pokemon is healed to full.

Then I have 2 ideas on how to get a shiny kubfu. 1 is leaving it to chance, and each time you clear it your chance goes up a bit. 2 is that you can keep going after 100 floors and at 500 or so you get a guaranteed shiny. Also, to make it a bit easier you can buy a pass from the item shop with nuggets to get 1 more chance a day.

Simplified version

I go to the dojo, pay 5k pd to enter. I pick a level 300 ralts and start battling. In the first battle the Magikarp goes first and hits me. I attack back and I win. Then I go to floor 2, and my ralts is fully healed. I keep going and at floor 10 I win and get some berries. I decide to keep going but I lose at floor 90. So I go to the item market to buy a pass to go again (if I buy the pass I keep it so I can go twice everyday).

Then this time I get to floor 100 and win. I get a kubfu egg and it gives me the option to continue. I choose to and once I beat floor 500 I get a shiny kubfu egg. If I don't have room in my party then it won't let me continue until I claim my egg

Yes! The battle mechanics REALLY need some new uses, maybe even an update, but this is a good step forward. I do think that a 50 garauntee like some legendaries would be a fun way to do shinies, though. Especially if going the "only enter once or twice a day" route since that's about the number of times you can expect to get, for example, Hoopa, if you're not intensely spamming the treasure hunt game and you can only get MissingNo. once a day. To my knowledge, both of those work the same way and it works well if you literally can't expect to get many eggs in a row.

I despise battling but it’s a good idea. There are two problems though. Level 100? Even if it’s not hard, it is exhausting for sure. 15k PD is also a lot if the battles are not supposed to be super easy. If you do it first try, that’s okay, it’s not that much. But it can easily get into hundreds of thousands.

People never battle here and even with the battle thingy its never used much. 100% support the idea because I'd actually use this a lot. New user would find this fun as well in my opinion!😁👍🎉
