I wake up at around noon, servertime, so if someone wants to see dog pictures on a feed, send me a message a few minutes after I wake up. I'll probably be checking in at that time and I love sending dog pics! Even when it used to be just Max and even now that my sweet old man has passed away, I love showing off our sweet little babies.

I stood up and (1) my back would NOT go upright for a solid 5 to 10 seconds, which knocked me a very small amount off balance, then (2) I had a minor case of vertigo like I've dealt with since I was a small kid when I did FINALLY start to actually stand up straight, and finally (3) my left knee decided that weight was not its friend and kept giving out as I tried to walk away. Good thing I'm used to all but the first thing and managed to keep going? Cheers to not being capable of verbalizing my health oddities since I was a small child, I guess! XD

Almost 3 years, I've worked at my current job. I've been resolute in not really digging into my favorite lead's birthplace and heritage, because it's not really important. What's important to me is that he's currently safer than where his family is from and where he was born. But my mom got curious and we're a household that Googles things when conversations and questions come up, so we used his last name and mixed it with knowledge about what eye shapes he doesn't seem to have mixed with what groups have immigrated to the USA since it was a whole family relocation and today, after nearly 3 years I now know his heritage and what his ancestry is. XD

Alright, bedtime for me. I've got a very exciting shift to mentally prepare for on the 11th and I've got to start preparing now if I don't want to be taken off-guard when it comes around. We have a whole store reset, which means moving the literal shelves and everything, and it starts on the night of the 11th. I've got a 9 hour shift that I'm scheduled for and it goes 2 hours later than most closing shifts do because of the intense work all 5 of us will be doing that night.

I keep remembering this VERY autistic thing I did at work like a month ago. Everyone around me thought it was HILARIOUS but I was just being genuine. I'll put the details in the comments, but just a disclaimer: I mean literally autistic, as in I realized afterward that it was a very much "my disability caused me to not realize that was not the typucal reaction until afterward" autistic

Me: hey, so much ear wax accumulated that when I cleaned it out even a little, it started to bleed
My mom: Oh, good. Now you don't have to go to the doctor's for your ear like your brother
Me: uh, mom? You know you're not supposed to bleed from your ears, right???

I hope I feel better tomorrow. I've only ever had worse issues from this source once before and it was EXCRUCIATING because the amount of stress I was under made it worse. It was the first time I experienced it, I had a broken foot before the pain started, I was taking a 4 credit equivalent class that lasted 3 weeks in preparation for starting college (which I didn't even end up getting an associates because my disability makes that extra hard for me), AND my one and only grandpa had just gotten a terminal cancer diagnosis. So I doubt I will be getting it THAT bad, but it would legit suck if this lasted any longer. I like spending time in any positions I want to be in instead of being stuck laying down all day so I'm not in pain and nauseous at the same time.

Guess who had to call into work today? My body decided that THIS month, it would be a matter of life and death that I stay home on the first day. Like, if I don't lay down, I get nausea and nearly/actually throw up.

I've unfrozen my chain and have put 5 eggs from my egg storage into my party! Here's hoping for a SM! :D

After this party of eggs from the lab, I'll be unfreezing my chain. Le sigh.

I'm fairly certain that the reason that Clyde has random things that remind all of us of Max is because Max spent the first 5-ish years of his life with a pit bull (that hopefully is/was NOT treated like they did Max because he was relieved to discover he didn't have to rough it in the freezing cold winter his first year with us) and Clyde is a mix of australian shepherd and both american pit bull terrier and other breeds connected to it.

Me: burps loudly Wasn't me.
Mom: Prove it.
Me: No pics, didn't happen.
Mom: shakes her head

I think it's hilarious that I found out when I was in high school that ice cream trucks aren't just something you see in movies and TV shows. Ice cream trucks were just straight up illegal where I live for my whole life. I live where the Milk Carton Children started. If you ever hear me talk about A&E, that's Anderson & Erikson Dairy and is the company that started with the Milk Carton Children awareness once a woman local to here had her child taken. Probably because of all the child abduction scare around here, despite it being very uncommon in more recent years, ice cream trucks are not allowed in city limits. Which makes it funny to me when someone is like "The truest childhood experience in America is to hear the sound of an ice cream truck and have everyone in the neighborhood come out to buy ice cream and all kids to ask their parents for a couple dollars for ice cream" because it's literally not legal to run an ice cream truck everywhere in the USA.

Sweet, I got rank 65 in the Beauty Contest! It was a very low rated one when I entered it into the contest it was made for more than a year ago, but it got middle of the road this time around! I figured it looked like it was going to a costume party so why not at least try it this time around! XD

I made whipped cream, cut up a banana, added them to a bowl, then put a ton of granola on top. It tastes SOOO yummy, perfect amount of granola because the amount of banana and cream in the bowl, but the top of my mouth now hurts and is probably going to swell. RIP
