Alright, first of all, I would like to deeply apologize for the long wait for the winners. It's a combination of. . . everything, that I'm not going to delve into.

Good news, though! We finally figured out the winners of the contest!

Pursuit of a Gem Collector

Greg’s parents were both accomplished trainers, and they expected him to take the same path…After all, his parents had already started to train him and teach him about what it takes to be a Pokemon trainer. It seemed like Greg was set to be the next great trainer in the family.

For his starter Pokemon, Greg had to choose between three Pokemon, Chespin, Froakie, and Fennekin. The moment Fennekin gazed up at him with its bright, eager eyes, Greg felt a spark of connection, and he made his choice. He was finally ready to explore the world of Pokemon and so with a final goodbye to his parents, he left the town he originated in. During his travels, Greg couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing, but he didn’t question it, at least not now.

Greg was clumsy, and one day as he ran away from a flock of angry Pidgey, he entered a cave because he knew that the flock of Pidgey wouldn’t follow him inside. Greg sat inside the cave until he looked down and saw a red gem, he held it in his hand, fascinated by it as he looked around the cave and got the urge to go deeper. He created a torch with the help of Fennekin so that he could explore the cave. Not long after, Greg stumbled upon an area of the cave with odd symbols all around, but the most peculiar part of this discovery was the scroll in the middle. Out of curiosity, Greg decided to open the scroll. It felt ancient in his hands as he unraveled it. The scroll detailed a myth that spoke of a never-seen legendary Pokemon, one that could only be summoned by gathering a vast number of type-based gems. Greg was instantly captivated by what he read, as the scroll promised the chance to do something extraordinary. Without a second thought, Greg took the scroll and placed it in his backpack, he had decided to pursue the myth. As Greg left the cave, he looked down at the red gem he had found when he first entered the cave and smiled. He had finally found what he was missing, a drive, something he could passionately work towards.

Since then, Greg has dedicated his life to collecting gems, fully convinced that he is on the brink of an incredible discovery. He went from town to town, actively seeking a reliable source of acquiring gems. Greg had heard of Emera Town before, it was known as the “ground of precious treasures”, and that is why when he finally stepped foot into the town, he knew this was the place.

Now, Greg engages with trainers from all around Emera Town, collecting gems with unyielding enthusiasm. The deal is that any trainer can give him a specific type and amount of gems, in return for whichever Pokemon that trainer desires.

Each night, under the cover of darkness, Greg slips through Emera Town’s alleys and out towards Route 53, his eyes darting around as if to make sure no one is watching. He would also sometimes during the night, head back to the cave where he found the scroll, hoping that one day he would finally have enough gems. Some Emera town residents do notice Greg going out during the night, but they just assume it’s because he's a weird guy. What they don’t know is that with each gem, Greg is one step closer to summoning the never-seen legendary Pokemon, or perhaps he’s only wasting his time. Only time will tell.

Journal Entry 8065:

I confess I have the ramblings of a crazy old man and I haven’t taken to writing in quite a long time…but this is a good story, trust me.
Some time ago, Nathaniel (as I like to call him) or Professor Rowan (as the kids like to call him) challenged me to a race to see who could encounter Raylong the fastest. Loser owes the winner a fine dinner at Los Seashellos. And so naturally, as you know, the legend goes that you have to collect “7 orbs of deep green”. And I had suspicion that at least 1 of them was hidden deep within Royal Tunnel. A great expedition! And yet my great ambition was my downfall…of which I can better explain later on. Anyway, so I packed food and water, first aid, flashlight, and a Pokemon encyclopedia for quick reference. So I was a child again, searching for elusive and mysterious treasure that I wasn’t certain I would indeed find! And it was horrible. It took me many, many, many sunless weeks. I was going crazy, because you know…the common type gems are much easier to find, because I know they’re…well, there. And I’ve gotten so used to hoarding those easily obtainable gems. And it’s been such a long time…5 years to be exact since I’ve tried finding something unknown. But I was a child again and didn’t want to give up to arrogant Nathaniel. My desire for winning was so ingrained into my noggin that I carried on, and lo and behold, I found it hidden in a little crevice on the tunnel wall after months of searching. And now I finally had it. But…it didn’t feel good. Because then I remembered there were the other 6 orbs I had to find. And I had as much luck as throwing a coin into the Fountain- which is very very little. What good would it do for me to sacrifice so much of my time and effort for a goose chase? And Nathaniel cheats anyway. He always sweet talks Leah into giving him rare candies to beat Oak with in the Pokemon leveling contests they always do…and I’ve seen him straight up give these Pokemon to trainers and have them do all the work!
And so I gave the Orb to some random trainer who trades me gems on occasion so I wouldn’t be tempted to continue the hunt, and I went to Nathaniel’s lab and told him that I gave up. And you know what? Dear Arceus- he didn’t even remember about the challenge in the first place! It’s been that long and he wasn’t intending to have even done it! That nasty coward! He has no honor or shame I tell you…I bet hunting for gems for a living would whip him up to shape. But anyway, we went to Los Seashellos anyway and had some of those Pikachu Burgers smothered in barbeque sauce. And it wasn’t too bad because the burgers were nice and I was happy and full.

I've gotten through (most) of the missing/outdated information you mentioned. Thank you for being so thorough.
May I ask that, for future repeats, you try to split up the post? I could delete the part(s) I took care of as I went along, but the other Wiki-members can't do that.

It's hard to keep track of everything with such a long post, especially if it's split over several pages.

[The 'Fusions' weren't added, as I'd like to discuss this first with the other Wiki-members]

[Also, as for your first post, you're right. Only Riako can give a definite answer to that, so you might want to ask him directly. The way I see it is as a combination of 2 things - the longer they rumble, the more they explore [hence the "At least 2 hours, for meaningful exploration" update/clarification from Riako] & the fact that you don't always have the time to just sit and stare at the Rumble-page for those 5-minute Rumbles.

Longer missions decrease the potential of missed-out-on items]

The fact that other websites are also affected, means this is a setting in your browser. Not a bug on PH's side.

I think being part of the Quest counts as "busy" which has been updated to stop evolving.

So I was going through the Bug forum, cleaning up a bit, when I noticed that Altaria's sprite and Alolan Muk's shiny sprites were no longer listed.

Did I miss an update somewhere and can those reports be moved to 'resolved'?

On the 4th, everyone had Ducklett's for Riako's birthday. Those that had the Duckletts remain, were simply lucky in Gimmighoul's next pick.

The message simply means that you haven't refreshed the page since the pokémon was changed. The interactions happen to the currently selected pokémon/Egg, even if the older choices are still visible [because not refreshed yet].

@Okami_Scratch - If you can't hold it in real life, it doesn't count. You can use blender to plan your project, but you need to actually make it for it to count.

A picture of your screen with your 3D model displayed will not count.

@truCrystalBorf - I'm gonna say "No" on that.

PokéHeroes Crafting Contest

We're bringing back an oldie this time! Let's make some real life decorations! One doll house here, another wooden puppet there. . . Done! Now to keep it safe from my cats Maybe I can put some in my display cabinet, but it's still so empty.
Maybe you can help fill it up? Maybe there's something new you've always wanted to try? If there was ever a time, today is that day! Maybe you can learn how to play the piano, or the guitar. . . or maybe you can try your hand(s) at sculpting something!

We’ve had quite some (2D) artistic contests before, so let’s take this one to the third dimension! Ever wanted to see Leah from all sides? See the Honeytree from up close? Here’s your chance!
Take some clay, make some salt dough, try some new origami or try to 3D-layer some interesting designs; as long as it’s in 3D, you’re on the right track (:
So. . . now that you know what you can use, what exactly do you need to do?
Pick anything pokéheroes or pokémon related and make a 3D model of it. This can go from a figurine to an entire scene! You can also check out previous years' entries and get inspired!
[note - some images might be broken, as some links to break with age]

Reward Time

Knowledge is the only reward you need in life! However, giving additional rewards isn't so bad. So as with all contests, there's something in it for everyone who joins. If you're one of the winners, you will receive

4 months of premium.

If you join, but don't win, as always there'll be a consolation prize of 2 weeks premium for the effort you put in as a thank you for joining (:

Entry Requirements

Creation type: 3D.

* You are allowed to use colours on your structure, but drawings of any kinds won’t be allowed if they’re the only thing. A drawn scene of Leah staring out at sea is not okay. A sculpted Leah staring into a drawn background of the sea is fine. The 3D model needs to be the main interest, but can be supported by drawings.

* You can use 3D modeling software to figure out your design, but it needs to be realised for it to count.

Creation design: Pokémon or PokéHeroes

* As long as it’s related to PokéHeroes or pokémon, you can let your creativity go wild. PokéSonas are also fair game, though please make sure you have permission to use said PokéSona.

* Due to the nature of the prize, we reserve the right to decide a submission is excluded from the consolation prize if it's clear no real effort [less than 30 minutes of work] was put into the artwork.

Copyright: It has to be made entirely by you.

* The use of pre-existing figurines or art drawn by someone else will disqualify you from the participation prize as well. What you submit needs to be 100% yours.

How to enter

Please send a picture of your final piece through PM to CatLady. Put "Crafting Contest Entry" as the subject. Include at least 2 photos from different angles and at least 1 Work-in-Progress [WIP] photo. Include your username somewhere in the photo*. Only the photo you want to submit for voting, should not have your username on it, so the other Staff don't know it's you.

[tl;dr - at least 4 photos in total; 1 for voting, at least 2 (with username visible) from different angles to prove 3D-ness and at least 1 WIP (with username visible) to prove you've made it yourself]

* Your username needs to be physically in the photo, either on a separate piece of paper or on the artwork itself [as long as it's covered up for the voting photo]. Digitally adding your username cannot be used as proof that you've made the art piece.

you can also film yourself when working on it, but photos work fine

Please submit your finished creations through PM only.

Deadline
The deadline is August 15th, 23:59
The winners will be chosen by us, the staff, based on quality
The winners will be revealed as soon as possible

Please keep SPAM posts out of this thread (:

Most important of all, though, I hope you all HAVE FUN~

As I said, it won't, because it's your starter [as in, the pokémon you started with]
QuoteI am only suggesting this, because it's your starter. You'll either get a red 'you pokémon is here' or a red 'this is your starter'.

It was lag, in that the "make Seed" prompt arrived at the server, after you already switched Seed Makers. Pretty sure changing servers fixed this.
