"Hah! That's all your other members ever say to me. I've been trying to beat them for years I feel like they get bored of me," she answered Lyn. "I'll sure miss them. They probably won't miss me though," she jokingly sighed. She remembered how some of them weren't as nice. Making fun of the small fae, saying she was weak, while others would gladly and kindly hang out with her during their free time.
"Anyways, nice to meet you Alpine," she beamed happily at the other ice dragon next to Flamesurfer. She did notice how tense Lyn suddenly become. "We are gonna check out the books there," she told them, slightly nudging Lyn, signalling that he could wait there if he wanted to.

Hidden from others, Estelle sat at the corner of library, going through a book on dragon history. The loud ruckus made her let out an annoyed hiss. Don't those dragons know how to act in a library? She was trying to read in peace. She just really hoped they don't come near her.

He took a deep breath. Maybe a break would be good. Perhaps the library would be a nice place to relax, maybe read a new book. Hopefully that would give him a more peaceful quiet, instead of this silent stillness that made it feel like the air was just waiting to explode. It was probably nothing, but Halu couldn't get around the feeling, so he stood up, having already finished unpacking, and slithered out of bed with a stretch. He grabbed his map and located the library before heading out the door, figuring he could get there faster if he flew, so he did. He took to the air, arcing high into the ceiling before swooping lower and flying gracefully towards the library.
When he arrived, he noticed that many dragons had apparently had the same idea as him. He took one step inside, saw the amount of dragons studying or chatting, and immediately began rethinking his decision. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to go to the library on technically the first day of school. Of course there would be many dragons here- he scolded himself for thinking it would just be quiet. He was just about to leave again and find some other place to read when he spotted someone a little ways inside. It was Illusionist, the dragon who had spoken to him at the ceremony. He had wanted to meet them again sometime- he just hadn't thought it would be so soon. He didn't want to go over and talk to them, but he did want to get to know them better, so he fully entered the library and made his way over, carefully avoiding the group of dragons chatting away.
He approached Illusionist slowly, a little nervous, though he did his best not to show it. "Hey, there," he started, trying for a friendly smile. It came out as more of a grimace. "Illusionist, was it? Funny seeing you again. What are you doing here?"

Soaking up the words, the adventure was described so vividly that Pitaya almost could visualize the sprawling jungle and the flaming sunset settling over the crystalline sea. It sounded like a dream come true to travel to such scenic locations, exploring the lands without a care in the world. To travel the world, to see it through the ground and take in all that Mother had to give, that just sounded splendid. Perhaps one day.
"That sounds amazing." He admitted, a look of longing crossing his face. "Did you two always like travelling? It must be nice to have a sibling who shares your interests."

Oh the moment he learned who had made her think like that, Lyn was going to do some very unspeakable things to them that may or may not involve a whole lot of electricity and maybe a little haunting. Still he nodded but not before muttering "I don't give out complements lightly. Don't waste my time doubting my words. You could have beaten me so take pride in that." With that, he made his way over to the aforementioned section, getting a head start on combing through the archives. In conjuncture, he kept an eye out for any books that would mention Her or The Storms.

"Guess it's time already." The water dragon said, putting his book away and following the crowd of dragons to the cafeteria

Sidon was one of the early dragons to arrive in the cafeteria and went to the end of the room that was serving food. Due to the variety of dragons attending, there was fish, meat, leafy greens, and even bugs, although Sidon wondered what kind of dragons eat bugs.

Upon hearing Tren, her lips curl into a grin “Sir Tren is going to have a really hard time. Too bad he mentioned the crystal of power, I’m pretty sure half the students will go breaking the rules. Come on, anyways. Let’s go for dinner” Aether motions to Pitaya, before slapping her head in annoyance at herself. Pitaya can’t see, you stupid dragon. She thinks.
Lifei hurries to dinner, having forgotten to eat again because she was studying. She was very hungry now. She sighs, and hangs around to find Itsu first, so the two could go get dinner together. In the meantime, she ate a few snacks first, before she once again completely forsook her health and fainted.

Frost was surprised at what Lyn just said. Other than her mother, she's never been complimented on her physical abilities by anyone else before. The surprise on her face soon turned into a genuine, happy smile, the emblem glowing warmly with delight.
Maybe she should get them to race again. In an open field, not the cramped hallways. She wanted to try out something she's been planning for years.
Before she could excuse herself from Alpine and Flamesurfer and rejoin with Lyn to check the books, the teacher announced the call for dinner. Frost let out a groan. Out of all the times.
"You guys can go ahead," she told Flamesurfer and Alpine and sped off to a particular shelf. If her info was correct it should be near the shelf about magical brews...
She caught sight of the book and beamed. Picking up the red cover book, looking battered from age, she went to the counter and
"Looks like its time for dinner," she said, the book in hand.

Estelle's stomach grumbled and it just hit her how hungry she was. She didn't even have breakfast this morning and skipped lunch. She was excited for dinner, wondering what food she'll get to eat. She hoped there will be a lot of meat, she rarely eats those at home.
Too eager too eat, she accidentally bumped into Lifei. She instantly became panicked, and got on the ground.
"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you, please forgive my clumsiness, is there anything I can do to make up for it, I'm terribly sorry!" She ranted. It was followed by a chain of more sorries and mumbling.

After being served other things like fresh berries, drinks, ect, Sidon went to an empty table and sat down.
Araceli arrived at the cafeteria and stood in the line of students waiting to be served.

Itsu paused from her wandering at the sound of the announcement. She happened to already be near the cafeteria, so she simply made her way inside, her foxes eagerly in tow, as if they knew what lie in that massive room. Itsu, much like her vulpine companions, was omnivorious, though she prefered meat to all others. She was sure to set aside enough food for the foxes as well, if they weren't fed, they might eat something she didn't want them to.
"If you like icey things, eat the fishes and the scallops." Flamesurfer replied. "Ima get some food, I'll come back later!" Flamesurfer smiled, and flew to get food.
There are salmons, tunas, swordfishes, mussels, scallops, fruits, beef, pork, and chicken. Flamesurfer chose the salmons, mussels, scallops, some fruit, and beef. Her plate was very, very full now. She walked with a click-clack sound to her seat. Then, she picked up the salmon, and gulped it. "Ahhhhh! So yummy and tasty! Alpine, you should get some too!"
Solstice perked up, lifting her head above the desk she had chosen in the library as the announcement sounded. She closed her book, set it in her pack strapped to her waist, and stood up, stretching. She had spent the whole rest of the day reading her favorite book, and her legs were stiff from sitting for so long. Her spot in the library had been secluded enough that they had been able to focus properly on their book, but they could still hear dragons on the far side chatting with each other. Now, though, it was time for dinner. They hadn’t been able to meet many new dragons so far, but maybe this was a chance to make some new friends.
Padding out of the library, Solstice opened her scroll and studied the map, soon finding where she was supposed to go, though it was easy enough to follow the thinning crowd already headed down to the cafeteria. She decided to just follow them, and she hurried after the dragons, trying to contain her excitement. A first day at a new school, with so many new friends to make! She was confident she would be able to help many dragons here. Maybe they’d even get to improve their healing magic! They had heard it was rare for a dragon to be able to heal- maybe they just spent their life around the wrong dragons. Almost giddy with delight at the idea of being able to talk to so many new dragons, she hastened down the hall, beaming brightly as she entered the cafeteria with all the other dragons.

The stories were marvelous, he could almost get lost in the wonder of it all. But that was soon shattered as the bell chimed, signaling that food was available. Again, when the announcement rang Pitaya jumped and looked around almost wildly for the source of the voice. "A-ahaha yes I have heard talk of some of that." He agreed with Aether's words. Some dragons weren't very discreet with their intentions and while he had good hearing, it wasn't like the others were trying to hide it. Especially a certain dragon that carried notes of smoke, fire, and the ocean.
Gently getting up to his feet, he tapped the ground in front of him to get a good image of his surroundings. It seemed empty enough and he moved closer to Aether with a smile. "Well, let's go. What kind of food do you like usually?"

There was a black book. It was almost inky, swirling with blue and grey as the pages themselves rumbled with enticement. It was evidently a book that She had written, Her signature written all over the midnight pages. Cradling the book between his claws, Lyn almost didn't want to read it but the bell reminded him that he didn't have much time. Taking a quick look around, he made sure no one was watching before slipping the book between the folds of his torn cowl in a hidden pouch. A book like this shouldn't be on the musty shelves of a forgotten libraries and while he wouldn't steal it per say, he'd definitely return it, but he needed to have it transcribed.
With his stolen goods carefully tucked away, he smiled to Frost and nodded. "Race you there?" He teased, antenna swaying in mirth.
