There are currently only a few ways to get Festival Points, which average around 1k a month, so 12k a year.

You need 11 Celestica Flutes to complete the dex (+ more for shinies), and they're currently priced at 3k FP each. That's 33k points total. Considering it takes only 24k FP to get all the other items+Meloettas, that's quite an unreasonable amount. It'd take an additional 2.75 years, assuming 1k FP a month.

These are regional forms after all, not megas / legendaries.

I propose that the price is reduced from 3000 FP per flute to 1000 FP per flute. This'd mean it would take 11 months to complete the dex, instead of 33.

The alternative would be to make them obtainable elsewhere, not by using [hard to get] Festival Points. See this suggestion for an idea on making them obtainable through Silver Mystery items.
