"Shut up." Ritsu glowered, kicking a pebble towards Merek letting the small stone bounce harmlessly off the other student's shoes. "Take responsibility for waking me up then." Taking the few steps to travel to Merek's side, Ritsu suddenly threw his hands over the other's shoulders, leaning his whole weight on the other and closed his eyes. "Yup~ Nice and warm. Good night." And with that, Ritsu's eyes fluttered shut as he quickly fell back asleep.

You're...really gonna do that now?" Dustine and Tirik had already gone but he would have asked them whether or not to wake up Ritsu again with some sort of thunder or zap him. "Geez,you fell asleep right off the bat? The audacity of this person..." he sighed as he carefully lowered his body and eventually sat back down to make Ritsu a tad bit more comfortable. Even if Merek did wake him up and teased him,not only was this a great way to wait until Dustine gathered the herbs but Ritsu would be more energetic when he actually had to wake up. "Gimme a break..."

Riva rolled her eyes as she watched the others. As the vampire fell asleep, she stared at him in disdain for a moment, before looking up at the others. "Say the word and I will gladly fetch a pail of water from the river." In fact, she may do so anyway, she thought.

Seriously. Sleeping at a time like this. The absolute nerve...

"It would be a pain in the neck to to clean a dirty robe but I too was considering waking him up." He kept his voice down,trying not to wake up Ritsu. "...doesn't mean I can't do this however." he said as he streached his index finger and placed it quite close to Ritsu's cheek,releasing a very small,almost harmless bolt. It wouldn't affect Ritsu's eyes in the slightest. Merek carefully placed his arm on the ground again and just stared in the distance.

Ritsu's body jumped slightly, sending the sleeping vampire sliding off his perch, horns making an uncomfortable clacking sound as it hit the ground. Yet, he kept sleeping, the soft rise and fall of the boy's chest continuing steadily despite the attempt to wake him. Well, if anything, the change in position made Ritsu groan and roll over, going right back to sleep without a care in the world, pale skin covered by the shade.

Merek scootched a bit further away to make space for Ritsu to get comfortable. His disappointment that Ritsu didn't wake up was overwhelmed by how much impressed he was,seeing Ritsu still fast asleep. Could he be aware that he was lying on the ground? Either way,it's better than getting soaked and not only waking up but also dirtying your robe,or attire to be more specific.

Riva stared, dumbfounded as Ritsu continued to sleep. If a tornado blew through, he'd probably sleep through it too. "Well it's a good thing it won't be your robe that's dirtied then, hm?" She remarked to Merck before wandering off to who knows where, a look of indignation plain on her face.

A few quiet, peaceful minutes later she returns with pail in hand. Icy cold water lie within.

"Move." She says, only giving the other mage a minute to react before splashing some at the slumbering vampire.

Merek did a small hop backwards. "Don't you think this is a bit too mu-" Before he could even finish his sentence she had already soaked him. "That's extremely rude!" he whispered to her from a distance. Since a zap didn't do the trick,there was a chance water didn't wake Ritsu up as well. "What'll the teacher say?" It felt just a bit too much,doing such a thing. Of course,Merek will probably laugh about it when it's over,if he's alive by then.

"Hmn. A bit, yes." Riva put the bucket down with a satisfied smirk, feeling better now that she had gotten revenge on whatever imagined slight brought her to do this to the poor vampire.

With that, she turned the pail over and sat on it, waiting. "I'll take the detention. It was well worth it."

Letting out a yowl as the running water was unceremoniously splashed over him, Ritsu leapt to his feet in an instant, a faint sizzling sound could be heard. Water, as Riva would soon learn, was one of the many banes of a vampires life; running water even more so. Ritsu was quick to take action however, snapping his fingers in rapid succession. Each vibration was used to fling water from his body, showering the ground around him with droplets. It only took a few seconds for him to be wrung dry, but even then anyone could see the ugly blights that marred what little pale skin Ritsu had exposed. His red eyes flashing with anger and power as his lips curled into a snarl, seething rage rolling off his form in rough waves. "Don't yo-" And all at once, any malic he eminated was clouded over with another yawn as Ritsu blinked and tried to hold onto conscious. "You're lucky it's still this early." He growled, any heat from before evaporating like the water that had been dripping off his form prior. Ambling a few paces away to a drier spot, the vampire collapsed down on the shady ground and drifted back off to sleep

Tirik returned from the cave, a loud pop echoing around the area as his jaw shot upwards into its normal place. He seemed... Larger, and there were more than a few awkward bulges throughout his body. He stuck his snout straight up, working his jaw, forcing a lump down his throat. A lighter version of the scent from the cave followed him as he slithered back over. He seemed stiff, then yawned, stretching his body. Falling over with a quiet thud, he closed his eyes and started to doze off, not even caring about the vampire face just inches from his own. His tongue had lolled out of his mouth, the dark blue forked muscle having slipped between to teeth.

Dustine came back with a bag full of whatever she needed to gather and looked at the group. "Well, that's all," she said and stood next to Merek. She looked over at the vampire and nearly growled. She didn't know why though, she probably had a thing with vampires in the past but didn't remember. Her ears started to droop down a little. "Who's this?" she asked Merek. The, she looked around because she felt like something was missing. She sniffed the air then finally realized what it was. "Wait, where did the body go???" she asked, turning around in a full circle.

The overwhelming pungent smell of dog slammed ungracefully into Ritsu's senses as the vampire wrinkled his nose, turning over to smush his face into the ground. God, why was everyone trying disturb his sleep, all he wanted to do was have a nice long nap preferably from sun up to sundown, but no apparently everyone felt that today was the day to kick the nocturnal boy from his much needed rest every few hours. The earthen scent mingling with the undercurrents of rot and death helped to mask some of the werewolf stench that had rudely barged into his nap time and he found himself at ease enough to start nodding off again

Dustine almost snickered when she saw the look on the vampires face. Clearly, the two species were never meant to meet together. She watched as he fell asleep again. She shook it off, even with her want to disturb the vampire even more, but she knew better than to disturb a vampire's sleep. "You might want to get out of here quickly. I don't think he wants me anywhere near him," she said to the group pointing at the vampire, who she still didn't know his name. He wasn't the only one who wnated her gone, his stench of blood and death is gong to give her nightmares if she stays any longer. She scooted away to the very end of the cave, doing her best to stay away from him until the teacher could bring them somewhere else.

“Okay so the snake ate the corpse,” Puzzle murmured, his eyes wide with exasperation. “That was like... hundreds of years old. How in the lords name would you consider that?” His voice melted into thick nervous laugher putting a hand on his shoulder. “B- besides that. We better get to the school.” Puzzle wanted to move on, feeling relatively disturbed.

"His name's Ritsu. He's...quite a peculiar person. Of clurse,don't get him wrong,that's not how he nornally behaves at all. He's trying to reserve and gather energy,since he's active during the night." He said to Dustine. "You ate the corpse?!?!? What the-" his nose picked up the corpse's scent coming from Tirik. "Ughhhh so gross. What if it did have a disease like Riva said?" He said as he pinched his nose,walking towards the teacher with a disgusted expression. "Tirik's probably sleeping because he ate too much,Ritsu's doing his thing,Riva and Dustine are fine. Will we have to carry Tirik and Ritsu back,sir?" he turned to Puzzle. He chuckled from time to time seeing Riva actually throwing water at Ritsu and him reacting that way.

“I think we should just move quickly, before any disease has a chance to cripple him.” Puzzle took one of two steps towards the school before looking behind him to check if they were continuing with him. Puzzle seemed to be relaxed, but the lid of his head quivered slightly with nervousness.

Dustine happily follow behind him, relieved to get away from that vampire, and to return to the school before the teacher had a chance to scold her for not being on time. She brisked walked and tried to remove the smell of both the corpse and the stench of the vampire from her nose, rubbing it continuously with her hand. Her tail whipped left and right in annoyance. The fake look of relax on Puzzle's face seemed to worry her, like he was hiding something. She can sense his nervousness but she didn't voice it out. There was probably a reason he was feeling that way, and she does not want to know yet.

Merek carefully carried Ritsu and Tirik back to the alcove. Snakes aren't a fan of the cold but it's still better than staying out and Ritsu shouldn't be exposed that much to the sun. After that,he followed after Dustine and Puzzle back to the school. He felt lucky holding onto the letter or it Tirik could've eaten that too.

Making a disgruntled sound of displeasure as he was picked up and the scent of dog hit him again, Ritsu raised his head and weakly batted at Merek's shoulder. "Noooooo" he moaned lowly as they started moving, flicks of sun dancing across his skin as he was moved into the cave. He wriggled around aimlessly before realizing that he was being carried into the shade and just. kinda flopped over and stopped moving. Ah, why couldn't he have been a little more proactive and dragged his coffin bed out with him, then this whole troublesome scenario wouldn't have happened in the first place. The moment he was set down, Ritsu curled up and stubbornly dug his wings into the ground so he wouldn't be moved anymore.
