There was a groan as Julian's eyes flickered open squinting against the bright lights. He tried to speak but found the air to dry, the underground nature of District 13 being quite the bad match-up for someone who had grown up in a temperate climate. Propping himself up, Julian winced as his elbow buckled, still too sore to keep his weight up.

Rakki babbled something that could probably be counted as the baby speak equivalent of mother, tipping her chubby head in confusion.

The medic went to Julian and replaced his IV so he could get more fluids. "How are you feeling?"

Blossom looked at the tiny baby. "Oh sweetie, I'm sorry but I'm not your mother. Do you want your brother Shion?"

Leaf looked at Harlow. "At least we're out of there."

"Like I got sucked into a typhoon and spat back out in a desert." Julian rasped, leveling the medic with a blank look. There was no recognition in his face of where he was or who the medic was, but no other questions left his lips.

Babbling happily, Rakki pet Blossom on the face, hands flailing a bit to make the motion. SHe didn't seem like she wanted to leave Blossom's arms just yet.

The medic gave Julian a kind smile. "Just get some rest, you'll be feeling better soon I'm sure." She saw the confusion in his eyes h=of having no knowledge of where he was. "You're in District 13, don't worry, you're safe here."

Blossom laughed and sat back down on the bed. "Oh Rakki, you're silly." She sat Rakki on her knee and bounced the child gently on it, something she remembered seeing her mother do for her brother.

"District... 13...." Mulling over that information, Julian nodded vague memories of his time in the capital. That made sense and he relaxed slightly. Closing his eyes, he breathed in deeply and winced at how dry the air was.

Happily cooing, Rakki snuggled close to Blossom. Shion smiled at the scene stiffing a laugh. This was a cute scene and he was pleased to see that his youngest sister was getting the love that sometimes he or his family couldn't provide all the time.

Blossom stopped bouncing Rakki and cradled her close, the tiny child gave a yawn. "Aw, are you getting sleepy?"

"Just wondering if it's okay if I use my powers. Thairs just... kinda dry I guess." He responded, voice formal and wary as if he was used to adults denying him it. It happened once or twice in the academy when teachers had wanted the students to pay attention, but he supposed that it was at least polite to ask.

"It's not surprising, none of us could sleep on the train coming here and she usually naps." Avenir chuckled, seeing Rakki yawn. "You want me to take her? You're free to hold her for longer if you want."

"As long as you dont destroy anything that should be okay." The medic said gently, she then lect Julian alone to recover. A few moments after she left, Sorrento came in.

"Sure, my arms are getting a bit tired." She handed the groggy Rakki to her older brother. Shion's other sister toddled over to Blossom and looked at her. 'Well hello there, what's your name?"

Nodding, Julian let his room grow damp and heavy, water collecting around the room. Not damp enough to harm any electrical equipment but it at least took the edge off the dry atmosphere. Breathing deeply, all of that escaped his lungs the moment a head of soft lilac walked through the door. The one who held his heart was still as beautiful as always, glowing despite the plain backdrop and Julian scrambled to sit up to embrace him.

Taking Rakki, Avenir gently pushed Kiki forward, the young girl gripping the bed sheets as she glanced up at the new lady. "'m Kiki. You're pretty." She mumbled, bunching the cloth up in her childish hands.

When the child nodded Blossom held her hand up and made some flowers grow above it, she then made the flowers into a flower crown and put it on Kiki's head. "There you go. A beautiful flower crown for a pretty little lady."

"Hello." Mu nodded, turning to look at Orchid with intrigue. "I'm Mu, what's your name?" He wasn't used to talking to other kids his age, but the other looked nice.

Kiki gasped, hands coming up to touch her flower crown. "I-wow..." She beamed, face lighting up like a million suns. "Umm.... I van give you this..." Squeezing her eyes shut, stars sparkling out of her hands as they weaved into a bracelet which she presented to Blossom.

Sorrento scrambled forward before Julian could sit up, as there was a moment of silence before they embraced. "Sorrento, oh my god are you hurt? The Capital didn't hurt you didn't they?" Sorrento furiously shook his eyes pulling back to cup Julian's face.
"You're talking to much." Sorrento whispered fiercely before smashing his mouth against Julian's.

"Thank you, it's bueatiful." Said with a smile.

Ariel had come to see Julian once she had heard of his and the others' arival. She turned the corner to his room and froze in place when she saw Julian and Sorrento kissing. She wasn't sure if she should feel heartbroken or furious at herself for taking so long. So she was both as she quickly turned on heel, bowing her head to hide the tears threatening to spill.

The scuffle of heels against the floor had Julian breaking away with a gasp. "There's someone here." he rasped, eyeing the doorway. Sorrento raised an eyebrow and leaned forward to kiss him again before Julian pushed him with a chuckle. "Go check, I can't." He snorted as Sorrento rolled his eyes and poked his head out seeing a head of red.
"Oh, you're that girl from our district.... Pearl was it?" Sorrento hummed, quirking an eyebrow. "Whacha doing out here in the hallway?"
