Pinekit stayed in the plants and was on the trail of a mouse. She stalked it, falling instinctively into the right crouch. She walked carefully forward, then pounced. She bit the mouse as hard as she could until it went limp. she then slowly dragged her catch in the direction she thought was camp.

Pinekit is missing. I don't know where she is." Laurelheart frantically explained, shifting left and right. "Starclan help me, Frogstar leaves me in charge and the moment he leaves, I lose a kit!"

Leopardsmoke hummed, thinking as she walked with Lakesong. "Well... There's a new expecting queen. We're all really excited for her and the new kits! Other than that, nothing much. How's Windclan?"

lakesong smiled as much as a cat could smile. “oh, that’s so exciting! i hope she does well!” she said brightly, looking back to leopardsmoke. “well.. not a lot, really. a few new apprentices, a few new warriors.” she said, flicking her tail idly.

"Mistfur says that she's due before the next full moon. Hopefully our leader will announce it in the next gathering." Leopardsmoke nodded excitedly. "Having new apprentices and warriors must be exciting as well."

After warning his leader of the prophecy he received, Mistfur paced along his den. He wanted to check with the other medicine cats whether or not they received the same prophecy since it seemed like it would affect all the clans. But the next meeting was still a ways away and he didn't want to wait that long. Lashing his tail in fustration, he began to pack up herbs for a journey and set off towards Thunderclan.

The sun was beginning to set now. Pinekit continued to walk until she came across a stream, and beyond that moorland. Pinekit dropped her mouse and lapped thirstily at the water. "I hope this is all worth it." After the drink, Pinekit picked up her mouse again and wondered what to do now.

lakesong laughed softly. “it’s kind of annoying! i used to be one of the few in the warriors den and now i’m one of many!” she chuckled. “i had to kick a ton off my nest only last night!”
frogstar soon caught sight of mistfur, getting to his paws. “mistfur!” he said, trying to get his attention without crossing the boarder.

Pinekit decided to follow her nose. She sniffed the air and picked up the scent of strange cats. "I'm at the border?" She backed away, luckily no cat saw her. She continued walking and called out as soon as she was absolutely sure the cats across the border were out of earshot. She picked up her mouse and waited.....nothing. Pinekit walked on.

"welcome back to the crowded den life." Leopardsmoke laughed, bumping shoulders with her. "It's awful now but when bareleaf comes around it's going to be a blessing."

Nearly padding past them on his way, Mistfur bowed politely to the cat who called out o him. "Frogstar." He greeted, setting down his pouch of herbs. "Ah! And Meadowfeather." A stroke of luck that he was able to find the cat he was looking for so soon.

Shuffling nervously, Mistfur nodded quickly. "A falcon's home will destroy what's here... Right?" He confirmed hoping that they didn't just have two completely different prophecies. "O-our leader just went out on patrol though... If you give me a location to meet up... I'll relay the message?"

"Well the best place to cool off is in the river. You're always welcome here during Greenleaf." Leopardsmoke declared with a grin

Pinekit called out again. "Hello? ThunderClan? Laurelheart? Frogstar?" but she was far away from camp. She walked on. "At this rate it'll be nightfall by the time I get back to camp....but I'm not scared."
