"We do, but when do we learn that? Why where we learn how to hunt and fight for our clan of course. As apprentices." Laurelheart was trying really hard not to laugh. He hadn't encountered a lot this eager to be an apprentice without realizing the full extent of that training in a long while. "Of course you learn many other important lessons, such as caring for the elders and learning how to remove fleas and ticks."

Pinekit dashed out into the camp, then slowed down. She darted to the camp wall and slid under the thorny barrier to hunt.

Now worried as he didn't see Pinekit anywhere, Laurelheart went into the warriors den to try and get some help in finding the lost kit. First, silverwave who was still sleeping. "Hey, get up!" He whispered urgently, gently shaking the fellow Warrior.

Outside the camp, the world was big, but Pinekit was to be an apprentice today anyway so she set out, searching for the scent she had recognized in the fresh-kill she ate.

he shook his head. “not personally. i mostly keep up with the important cats of each clan and i know everyone in thunderclan.” he said thoughtfully. “so the leaders, the medicine cats.. would you like me to take some of those herbs for you? it can’t be easy carrying all that.” he offered.
