Nyx enjoyed both the petting and the food, it's different from how Silar does it, but the taste is really no worse at all. I approve of this cooking. She thought to herself as though she was now the judge for food. After eating she walked over to the griffin, and looked up at him, as if inspecting him from head to toe.

"Nope.." Kayoko replied, then took the bag "Thanks Silar. I like it." she said and sat up and put it on her back. "Well duh." Kayoko said to Aurora with a grin "Sure Paws." she told her then added "But if we're all staying together that means I need to expand my hut." she said to everyone. She gave Silar a concerned look she mouthed out the words; We'll get through this, I promise.
Dakota took a meat stick out of Kayoko's hand, her master not minding then stood on his two legs, which was very hard and put the stick in Drake's beak then sat down underneath it's wings. He barked at Nyx "Wanna play?" he asked her, wagging his tail.

Eagle growled as he heard talking, he went to investigate the weird sound, realizing that it was a thing, he didn't felt threatend.

Drake noticed Nyx watching him, as if examining him. He did not mind, he knew he could meet whatever "criteria" the cat creature had. He was that cocky and arrogant. Then the wolf, Dakota, was kind and gave him some food, Drake was happy he did that for he was unsure if the humans had remembered that he existed. As he easily finished off the meat quickly, he said, "Thank you, your human's cooking is quite remarkable, you are lucky haha." He chuckled to himself, which to the humans, probably sounded like a weird, almost creepy sounding noise.

Nyx, knowing how prideful griffins were decided to tease him a bit, "so you aren't a runaway are you?" She said with a joking tone and a fangy smile. Hearing Dakota ask if she wanted to play she had a thought and then moved her tail to tap Dakota on the nose, "sure we can play tag and your it." Immediately after saying that she jumped into the shadows at her feet and moved towards the tree's, or so she made it seem, what she really did was move into Drakes shadow and crawled up onto his back, while moving a shadow ball on the ground.

Eagle saw that the thing was slowly putting a paw out in front, sensing that the thing had a headache he brudhed past its hand and on to it's forehead getting rid of it. Eagle stood up, and pull Christie up to.

When Kayoko was done talking Dakota sniffed the ground picking up Nyx's scent. He almost went into the forest then sniffed his way to Drake he sat down and howled "Found you." he then looked around for Nyx when he noticed something odd on Drake's back he prodded it with a paw "You're it." he barked and dashed off into the woods with amazing speed. He then stopped by a lake real quick to rub his body in the water to disguise his scent then continued to the game.

Chuckling at the two creatures antics, Drake was highly entertained as he watched them play tag. It was times like these that he wished he were smaller and with more agility, to be able to play with the others or to just be able to hide. As he was now, he could not hide to save his life. He was just too big.

Eagle wagged his tail as he learned the human name, Christie isn't a bad name, he ran towards the road that led down to a few set of towns, his pack was one of the few who made it alive. He generally stop to look back at Christie to see if she was alright or not. Once to the road, he followed his nose and sniffed for scents

Nyx had a slight frown on her face as she was tagged. That mutt was able to sniff me out.... well i guess now i know, my scent can be picked up by those with high smelling abilities, good to know. I'll be more cautious in the future. About to jump off the griffin and pursue Dakota she had a sudden thought, "hey Drake, your it." Nyx said while tapping the top of his head with a paw, as she jumped off, spreading her small wings and glided quickly into the forest, disappearing behind some bush thickets.

Then Silar spoke to Paws, and by the tone in his voice, it sounded grave. She understood why though, when being attacked you really cannot spare the lives of those attacking you, especially when you are with others who are counting on you to do your job. A thought popped into her head at that moment, she wondered if she would be able to remember how to wield the sword she had. It felt familiar when she touched it, so Aurora guessed that when push came to shove, she would be able to easily wield the weapon against any threats.

"See you guys later." Kayoko told everyone before she left, she walked through the forest leaving the food with them if they wanted seconds. She walked for a while then stumbled upon her hut, she let out a sigh and walked over to it, one foot step, two, three.. then set her bag down inside and laid down in the grass. Bored out of her mind, she liked everyone back there. And felt alone when she didn't have Dakota or anyone else nearby or someone to talk to in general. She let out an exasperated sigh, scolding herself for thinking that.. they had better things to do anyways. Like surviving.. she thought and closed her eyes, losing consciousness and falling asleep. From afar she looked like she passed out, but she was just asleep.
Dakota was still running, getting quite far from everyone else. Then decided to go find Kayoko, he turned the other way and ran back to the hut. To the other creatures, it seemed to them that he knew where he was going, and he did. He knew the places he explored by memory, the small details were a bit fuzzy though. He kept running, then came to a stop he heard a twig snap. He closed his eyes and sniffed the air for any sinister presences, nothing. Which was odd, he curled his lip and barred it into a low growl then continued his way back to the hut. Something wasn't right.

Nyx after gliding into the woods, dropped into the shadows and traveled up a tree, then started jumping from tree to tree silently, not making a single sound. Suddenly she stopped, she didn't know why but she felt a sudden chill run down her spine, and a feeling of unease surrounded her. Feeling something was very off she decided to return to Silar hoping nothing had happened, on the way back she shifted directions heading towards the source of the unease instead. If something did happen, with the way things have been going more than likely, rather than still being in the same spot they will probably be closer to the source of this chill i have.

Kayoko felt a chill down her spine and jolted up from her slumber, she reached for her sword but noticed a purple flame dancing gracefully in the air. It then aimed itself at Kayoko, she let out a loud shriek before it entered her body, she panicked inside suddenly having no control of her body entirely. Her land left her hilt of her sword and stood up. No no no no no no! her real thought's flooded her mind as she stood up and walked back towards Silar and the others with her pocket knife in her pocket. She knew what was going to happen, she was going to kill the others. She wanted to do something but she felt helpless, it was like watching a television screen and you can see what you're doing in you're point of view.

Christie walked behind Eagle a few step behind. When he stopped she got to his side and started walking toward the campsite as soon as they where close enough. "Hmm , excuse us" Christie said nervously as she came into view and stopped. The wolf followed her and sat at her side.

Aurora, still working on finishing her bag and training her skills, was still aware of what was happening. Unlike Silar, who seemed to reply to Kayoko's farewell like a robot, noticed the girl leaving and silently sent Drake to follow the girl, in case she ran into any trouble. I wonder why she is just leaving us like that...
Then, rather quickly and after having asked them about his formation idea, Silar noticed that Kayoko had vanished.It alarmed him, and that made Aurora become alarmed, for it was obvious the boy knew her better than she did. "U-um, she went that way. I sent Drake to follow her when she first left..." As she spoke, she pointed in the direction Kayoko had ventured off in.

Seeing the head gesture of Aurora, Drake waited until Kayoko was far away enough before he flapped his large wings and took off into the sky, using the trees from the forest as coverage from her sight, if she were to ever look back. Why is this human acting so strange? The griffin was highly confused as to the human's motives, so he was weary of what would happen. Soon, however, she fell asleep and he hid within the closest tree, blending in with the leaves as he watched and listened, making sure no threats would harm the sleeping girl.
Then, out of the blue, a cold eerieness washed over him and the surrounding area, the hairs on the back of his neck rose. A purple blob like object floated around the girl, before it hit her straight on and vanished within. This alarmed the griffin, even though he was wise he had never seen such a thing take place before. Then the girl started walking again, the blade she had been holding tucked in her pocket. He remembered to keep her arms visible as he watched over her, still as silent as ever.

Erin woke up in a field not too far away from the forest. He got up slowly and stretched, Where.. he thought. Nothing came to memory Why can't I remember anything!? he thought, not panicking but shocked at the fact. Do I remember my name? Okay good, I at least I know that much.. he looked around from side to side, trying to get a good glance at his surroundings. "Odd.." he mumbled and stood up noticing his new weapon "Sweet." he said quietly and picked it up the blade having a familiar feeling in his hands he swung he around two times before hearing a swig snap, sent into full alert he held the sword in his battle stance, like he'd swung a sword many times. Show yourself! he thought, confident in his skills as a swordsman.
Fawkes the Rune Drake was minding his own business in the forest, awfully close to the fields. He spotted a human not too far away What is that? I haven't seen any of these in Eldemore.. he thought approaching Erin slowly. Then, a twig snapped sending the human's weapon up quickly for self protection. Fawkes decided it was no good concealing his identity so he showed himself, he flew over to the human a few feet away from it's face.
Erin's hopes crumbled when he saw the dragon-like creature show itself, such grace and power. It truly was a beast, he didn't know what to do but the Drake must've smelled his fear because it was biding it's time. He then came to a realization that the giant was going to do no harm to him, so he dropped the weapon and grinned "Hey there." he said. Pet Dragon? Hell yes! he thought putting a hand on one side of it's face. He gave it a long look into it's metallic eyes "A ride?" he asked then sheathed his sword into a hilt that wasn't on him before and hoped onto the gentle giant. It then flapped it's feathery wings and took off, soaring into the sky. What should I call him? he asked himself, "Can I call you Fawkes?" he asked the Drake. It seemed pleased with the title and Erin announced "Fawkes it is."
