Before passing through the portal Silar looked at Animus and asked "Animus i do have one more question, besides us that you brought from another place are there any local people around?" this had been a question on his mind for awhile "don't get me wrong i intend to do what we have to in order to get home, but i also want to be prepared for as much as possible, knowledge leads to better chances of survival and i want to make sure our group survives." he said to Animus while whispering something to himself "especially Kayoko." After a moment he thought of one more idea "Animus you, Aion and those wisp things seem to be able to talk with us, was there something you had to do to speak like that or could you just do it naturally, I'm asking cause i hope you would help us with being able to communicate with our beast friends. Maybe you could use your power to alter their memories to make them know how to speak?" he asked with some hope.

Nyx was preparing to head into the portal following everyone til she noticed Silar unmoving looking at Animus. She decided to wait for him before going any further and even went next to him and sat down. What are you up to my friend, i hope you are not trying to start a fight with an ancient that's a terrible idea. Listening to Silar's words Nyx was astonished. I never thought he would ask such things, those are indeed good questions and the second one would be ideal if Animus can. we would finally be able to talk with our humans.

Animus blinked "The group is strong. You shouldn't doubt you're friends Silar Valentine, though I will give you some advice. You shouldn't underestimate you're opponents, or overestimate then, one false move and even the simplest thing will be taken away from you. Everyone you love, gone." it spat dryly. Locals? That is a very good question indeed, I believe there is a town not too far away from where you will be teleported." he told Silar. "And.. don't push yourself kid, I'm 1398 years old. And still have time, I'm not God or anything. I'm only a memory deity, an ancient. I cannot grant this power you speak of.. alter they're memories as in teaching them the Earth language English? You interest me Silar Valentine, me and Aion couldn't have picked any better humans for the journey." it grinned. "You should go to you're friends.. things.. are getting messy in there.. yikes.." Animus sighed. "I'll think about that English thing. We'll keep in touch, and.. those wisps if you mean the ones that attacked you're lady friend? I don't know them or control them, I only control the ones attached to me." it added.

Kayoko, Erin and Dakota continued until Kayoko threw one last mud ball at Erin "Okay okay.. I think we should stop.. since Erin got mud in my hair that was payback." she gave an intimidating glance over to him. He gave an impish grin, like he was about to cause some trouble then stood up, Kayoko did the same "We should wash up, I don't want to be covered in mud for long. If you know what I mean." she looked at Erin, he was covered in mud, not entirely. Kayoko felt like she was the same. Dakota didn't change or care since his pelt was black. "I wonder when Silar's coming." she muttered, Erin grinned "Did I miss anything between the two lovebirds?" he nudged Kayoko. Kayoko rolled her eyes and pushed him into the mud "Shut up." she said, not meaning it entirely.

Erin got hit with the mud ball "You got mud on my hair, at least yours is black. Red doesn't go well with brown. Not in my case anyways." he replied, "Wash up? Where?" he asked, he stood up he heard Kayoko mention Silar and walked up behind her "Did I miss anything between the two lovebirds?" he asked and nudged Kayoko. Kayoko shoved him in the mud and told him to shut up, he laughed "I'll get you back for that." he mocked.

Looking at Animus, Silar said "I am not underestimating my group, i just want to better prepare us all for what could be out there and to do that knowledge is key." After saying that he finally left through the portal with Nyx following closely. Upon arriving he saw the remnants of the mud fight, seeing Kayoko and Erin covered in mud he just shook his head, "I didn't think you liked getting down and dirty for fun you two" he said jokingly to Erin and Kayoko. He walked over to kayoko and wiped a little mud from her hair, "we should find a place to wash up first, Animus said there may be a town near here or we could look for fresh water, what do you think?" Silar asked the two of them he also turned to Kayoko "I can help wash the mud from your hair if you want me to." he said teasingly to Kayoko just loud enough that only she could hear.

Nyx who had followed Silar upon seeing the muddy ground below instantly entered the shadows and joined Fawkes in the tree as she appeared on his back. ~My friend Fawkes do you mind if i stay here until were out of this muddy area?~ she asked as she looked at the mud with displeasure.

Aion who watched Silar leave spoke up to Animus "Animus my friend these humans seem to round out and balance each other don't you think. while the other two seem to be a bit more reckless he seems to be the serious type, with their personalities like that they shouldn't have too many difficulties surviving in my opinion. What say you though?"

{OOC; My fingers will never be the same again. I'm typing this on my phone right after I had to write an essay. I'll add the other characters in the next post.}

Kayoko looked over at Silar "What did you expect? A diva?" she teased, her face flushed when Silar began to groom her. Erin gave her a hard time and grinned, she had a hard time ignoring him. "Animus did? Heck a bath and dry, clean clothes and a good sleep and I'll be golden." she replied "If there's a town there must be a motel around there." she added. "No thanks Silar, I'm a grown woman. I can do big girl things by myself." she joked back. Kayoko looked over in Silar's direction, "Did you get any directions?" she asked. "Actually scratch that I'm gonna go search around a bit, come on Dakota." she said and Dakota followed her into the bushes.

Erin didn't mind the mud as much as Kayoko did. Must be girl habits, he continued to listen to the convrersation. He noticed Kayoko's face was red and began to give her a hard time. When Silar talked about a town nearby he was about to ask where it was but Kayoko already asked. He then watched her walk off "Maybe she's gonna go find a lake or something. Wash herself off." He suggested plainly.

"Honestly he didn't give any specific direction so i would guess it's on our way to where-ever we are suppose to be going in the first place." Silar said with uncertainty, "alright Kayoko, i thought i would offer in any case be careful wandering around." he said as she went off with Dakota. "Say Erin what are your thoughts on the situation so far?"
