Hmm... Strange.
The last few times I have sent my Pokémon on a Rumble Mission, they've all returned with no mystery items, I'm talking past 2-3 rumbles with all 6 spots filled, for no mystery items back- were they removed from Rumble prizes?? Or is this just a strange coincidence?
