I've never been a MOD or Admin for any website, but I am a MOD for a Streamer on Twitch and trust me when I say... Being a MOD is a job, it really is; since you see and deal with a bunch of stuff and have to decide what to do and what actions to take. Yes, sometimes a decision is extremely hard and sometimes you even feel bad; after the fact, but that's how you keep the peace.
