Can someone let me unexist for just a day? I'd like that. I thought it was just 6 days of my full-time job in a row on top of taking care of my mom and the whole house in my freetime. Then I realized I have a store meeting on my next day off, which makes it not a real day off and then I've got another day of work after that until my actual next day off. RIP

Anyway, close feeds but I'm heading to bed now. I've got a 7.5 hours long shift tomorrow, and before that my sister and I will likely be putting the living room back together and I'll be taking care of our mom up until my mom's physical therapy appointment which is when my sister is going to drive me to work sometime between dropping mom off and when my shift starts. Wouldn't be surprised if the day after that looks very similar. On a good note, my sister is hoping that this part of the wall painting will be over by the weekend and I'll maybe get some time not absolutely running myself ragged. Who am I kidding, my brother is very unlikely to be much help taking care of our mom over the weekend and likely will instead say he needs a break as well. He's got special logic. Like not wanting to move furniture more because he has lifted a lot of it already despite actually moving the least furniture.

I feel like most people are like "the forces of nature have a random love based pokemon added afterward" and I'm sitting here like "These people have never heard the saying 'love is a hurricane' which this Pokemon is probably a reference to" Landorus = draught/sunny, Thundurus = thunderstorms, Tornadus = tornados, and Enoramus (likely) = hurricane. Even if it's dex entry doesn't say anything about hurricanes, it feels likely to me that it's a reference to that. Anyway, that's just bothered me for awhile, lol

Really close friendgroups that stick together after high school are really funny. Because their experience seems to be either "we never stopped hanging out" or "remember that time you (nearly) threw a chair at my head and we both laughed it off?" My froendgroup was the latter. I definitely deserved to have a chair nearly thrown at me. I cannot say what I said to her, but just know it was a deserved reaction but if I could go back in time to that moment again then I would say it again. Iconic. Sometimes I ask if she's gonna throw that chair at me this time. Similarly, I sometimes remind one of the guys in the group what he had to describe happened to Crimson in that campaign he DMed. Crimson being my pfp which is a D&D character who became one of like 10 gods in the whole universe (which includes all planes of existence in that setting). That was ALSO an incident which cannot be described on here. They remind me of humiliating things I've done to myself, though, so all joking is fairer.
