I had the task to evolve 3 hard-rarity pokemon adopted from Prof Rowans Lab via level-up.
I evolved: (Primeape -> Annihilape)
(Ekans -> Arbok)
(Ekans -> Arbok)

After evolving these 3 pokemon, I only had 2/3 evolutions complete. I had to evolve a 4th to get the full completion.
(Natu -> Xatu).

This has been reported before and can be found in 'confirmed bugs'.
