If you've blocked a user, and have hidden your feeds on your profile, they can still see your feeds on the notification wall [trending/newest/country + hashtag search].

Not only that, but they can still add you to their friendlist, and if they do (or if they already had you added and didn't remove you), they see your feeds in their [personal] notifications.

This could be a huge issue with stalkers, and also doesn't provide the "no contact. [period]" that a block system should.

Users who you've blocked shouldn't be able to add you to their friendlist, or you add them to your friendlist. Upon blocking them, you should be removed from each others' friendlists.

Not exactly a "bug" per se, but more of a overlooked loophole. Quoting rule 5.2 though, this does 'harm the community', so I assume that means this doesn't require the Suggestion process, as this isn't an intended feature:
"5.2 Intentionally abusing a bug to harm the site in any way (e.g. its economy or community) is strictly forbidden. Bugs must be reported as soon as they are discovered, either in the Bugs/Complaints forum, or directly to Riako in case of very urgent and sensitive cases."
