I reached the 1000th level, but I didn't get an egg:

Not sure if this is because of a limit to how many Regis you can get in a day, but that is not stated anywhere. I had a free slot in my party, so that shouldn't be the reason. Either way, I'd like to request that I receive the missing shiny Regi egg. (Preferably a Regieleki or Regidrago, if possible)

I don't seem to be getting any eggs anymore. It does congratulate, but I don't find eggs. Getting the puzzle piece was a coincidence but it's the same without the puzzle.
I thought you'd get an egg everytime. Also, this happens for all difficulties and I did do the Regigigas quest, but it already didn't work before doing the quest (I hoped completing the quest would fix the bug, but it didn't).
