‘Miss Crystal? Are you alright?’ The wolf was worried. The wolf rubbed against Crystal to calm her. ‘Miss Crystal you need rest. Calm yourself and steady your breathing.’

The wolf stood up. ‘Perhaps it would be better if I left you alone. I shouldn’t have been so rude to disturb you but I have never met anyone else apart from Red. You seem nice and kind. I think that everyone needs that in life. Miss Crystal, you have lost many haven’t you? I understand your pain, but you must realise that people are here to help you. Red ran out of the woods, her hair streaked with mud and her arms filled with sticks and logs. She stopped in her tracks. 'You.. guys okay? Heh, you look like you've seen a ghost or a fox.. or a wolf!'
Red dumped the wood into a pile and set it alight with her fire powers. She took out a piece of metal that looked like a large gauze from some science experiment. 'We can use this to cook other things on too, besides fish. I saw some wild potatoes and carrots, I'll go back and grab them to make more flavoured meal. Cheer up guys; food fixes everything.'

Red glanced at Foxy, 'Foxy, do you need more blood? I can hunt around for some animals? We need different types of proteins anyway, not just fish.'
