So I got a quest from prof. Rowan to level up a carvanha so that it beats another prof. Im sure the quest is very much doable but I feel like im missing something. Iv had it in my party since I got it, been interacting far more then usual so that people level him up but it always seems like im 7-10 levels behind. Any tips on how to beat this quest or methods on how to level up faster?

I don't know if this will help but some people will make giveaways. In order to enter one of these type of giveaways, someone has to feed a berry to that mon.

You can use powerorbs gained from interacting or use rare candies to level your pokemon up!
