What i can tell you for now is that Torcharch are 5k each + 5k daycare fee (considering that are random gender, only one of them and the payment is in pd).

yes, you can have a slot for Tom Nook ❤ in pd the price would be 9,700 (+/- 4700 is the value on market insider +5k daycare fee).
I would prefer pd over the lugia egg voucher. But, you can still pay with it, the conversion of values i'm thinking is 5k for lugia egg voucher (since the max value acepted on item market (gts) for a lugia egg voucher (without saying "it's a bit expesive") is between 5k and 6k (there says 6500 but when you confirm it says "it's a bit expensive")) how about that?
