Mercy smiled at Iteral's answer. Praise from her was uncommon, but appreciated nonetheless. "All of these children are mine, of course. Save for Matsunaga and Rūkasu, who will be returning to their world tonight, everyone else is a child of mine, respectively." She looked around the room until she could see Eclipse, glad he wasn't hurt or anything.

"You know what-" Matsunaga kicked him back, crossing her arms. "Keep your feet in front of you, not by me."

Yeah, for the most part. But it was my job in the first place that let me meet..." he turned to the others, a brief look of serenity crossing his face. "I would never have met these guys. Well, maybe I would've but let's just be more dramatic."

Scara kicked her again. He could do this forever. Or at least until Mercy made him stop. Whichever came first

Matsunaga huffed, kicking Scaramouche again. 'You can't tell me what to do.' She spoke Japanese so Iteral wouldn't understand her, glancing at the waiters as they began to bring food to the tables. Mercy pointed at it to show Caspian.

"Look at all that yummy food, sweetie. I'm sure it will be really good." The plates were placed in front of every seat in the room, the chatter began to quiet down since people started to eat.

“Im not doing anything” He huffed, kicking Matsunaga under the table again. Not much of a fancy party etiquette really.

Iteral responds in Latin, the response wasn't really directed at Matsunaga... though judging by the length and harsh tone, it involved a lot of swear words. She finishes in Common though: "You morons behave, and if I say that, you two reached a new low. Get yourselves some food..."

The food was set out in front of each person, Matsunaga (after kicking Scaramouche again) began to eat quietly. Mercy gave Caspian a fork, urging him to get something in his stomach, and looked up at Eclipse. "Come here, Eclipse. Time to eat."

"This is really good, why didn't they give us bigger portions? This is so small!" Matsunaga complained, eating each different appetizer on her plate in one bite.

"That's because it's made gourmet or something- expensive ingredients. That's truffle." She explained, watching her finish the contents of the plate in a matter of seconds.

Caspian took the fork and said, “F-fankssssssss.” and started eating some of the food that was out in front of him. The food here was really good! But Mercy’s pancakes would always be his favorite.

Eclipse got down from up high after jumping off, failing to fly but teleporting almost immediately after onto the floor beside Mercy.

Faeron began to eat on the healthier side and stayed away from the meats that were being served, as he was a vegetarian still. He was glad nobody was trying to get an interview with him. He sometimes seemed a bit strange talking to mortals.

Rūkasu had grabbed a heavily seasoned breadstick and started eating it. It tasted quite good so he continued to politely eat. He ignored the squabble between his mom and Scara, as he didn’t want to get caught up in it.

Iteral takes a bite from the truffles... and immediately makes it resurface. "... this is noble? I miss the bread..." Instead, she pulls out a breadstick from the inside of her pocket and nibbles it. (The actual reason she wears a suit: You can smuggle more snacks in it.)

"There you are, baby. Make sure you stay by mama, okay?" She placed her hand on Eclipse's head for a moment, then dug in her purse to find a toy for him to play with, placing it in front of him. After around fifteen minutes, the main courses came in and were already in front of everyone, both meat and vegetarian options specified for each person.

"Excuse me? Say that again, and I'll be the second one to have that hat on your head burned to ash." Matsunaga threatened, scowling and flicking the side of his head.

Matsunaga's cheeks flared up fast. The only wild boar she knew was Inosuke, and even then, it was a character trait of his to eat a lot of food. How insulting. "Well- well- you- you're just a doll, you don't get a say in how I eat."

Eclipse stayed by Mercy’s side by the chair, teething on the toy that she had given him. His teeth had already started growing in by now, although they weren’t really showing that much.

Faeron and Rūkasu politely ate their respective meals as they were handed out. They both liked the food there and found it quite tasty. Rūkasu liked it a lot though, as he was only used to the taste of rice.

Caspian started eating the food that was served for him. He seemed to eat a bit faster than a moderate pace, but that was usual for a child who was eating delicious food.

"Excuse me, Miss Mona?" A voice came up from behind her. She turned around.

"Oh, Deja, it's you." It was, indeed, the maid from Bliss's manor. She was finally wearing something other than her uniform, and seemed a lot happier. "I haven't seen you in a while, how are you?"

"I'm doing very good, thank you. I just wanted to personally thank you and everyone else for ending the war and freeing those oppressed by the alphas." Mercy smiled, waving it off.

"It's my job to protect everyone, after all, it was from my mistakes that we're all here in the first place." Bowing one more time, Deja left. The lights dimmed just a bit, an orchestra on stage began to play.

"Shut up- I swear to God I'll choke you out if you don't just shut your mouth and eat your food-" Beauty was everything when she was little, and so being called a pig... Yeah, that was one of the highest insults you could give to Matsunaga.

“Both of you shut up, there are people here who are trying to enjoy the music. And sorry for my rude use of language towards you mom.” Rūkasu said, as he continued eating. After a bit he finished with his food and listened to the music while watching them. It sounded nice for cloud watching.
