Isla scoffed and turned away. "Sure, kiddies. Well, I'll be going off on my own. Work better that way."

Rosie opened her mouth to protest, but Isla was already floating away.

"Who'll team up with who?" Luther asked, then narrowed his eyes. "You." He turned to Luna. "You go with her," he motioned to Rosie with his tail.

"Them, actually," Rosie corrected.

"Sorry," Luther apologized. "Yeah, you go with them. Oddish, Litleo, you go together. Try not to kill each other."

Rosie gave him a hesitant smile.

Luther looked slightly pleased, but he nodded. "You two can work together. Thanks."

"Well, hi, Litleo!" Rosie bounced towards him. "I'm Rosie! An Oddish!" They smiled charmingly, not mentioning that they were shiny. Beauty speaks for itself! And they were far too kind and perfect to brag about something so small. They sighed happily internally. "What's your name?"

"I'm not sure," Rosie said honestly. "Really, I'm quite new here. I didn't get my invite until recently." They felt a little ball of shame in their stomach. I'm being the perfect honest Oddish here! No shame, just perfection! "Do you have any idea?" they asked Luther.

Luther sputtered, but quickly changed the subject. "Just go investigate!"
