So, I am on a shiny hunt and was told that I would recieve all Pokemon recruited in the Alola rumble area as eggs. Will they break my chain and can the Alola area be accessed multiple times without repeating the quest to get it?

First off, Alola Pokémon do not all come as eggs. Some do, most don't

Second, they don't break your shiny chain, even if they are eggs

Third, the Alola map is a permanent unlock, so you can use it all you want from here to whenever you leave the site.
