Time quickly slipped away and it was time for Drake, Galatea and Robin to meet Reve. Galatea was the first to arive, she looked around, slightly frowning at Talla's taste in decor.

Robin and Drake arrive soon after. On the way over they pass by Scarlet. Robin smiles and pokes Scarlet as they pass by her. "Oh my! Landon! It looks like-" she pauses, frantically trying to make up a name for Scarlet "Ellie is here!" She plasters a huge smile on her face, usually one that is reserved for when you meet someone you haven't seen in years. "You should come with us Ellie, we are going to get drinks" she hopes that Scarlet understands the hidden message behind her words. She didn't know that Scarlet would be here, but she deserves to hear what Reve has to say.

Scarlet was caught off guard at first, then understood the message. She glanced at the note that Drake gave her, and then put it in her purse. “Of course, this place is elegant” she said while joining them.

Despite being the one to propose the time and place, Revé arrived quite late, held back with shaking anyone off their tail. "Apologies, Your highness- er, your highness's." They breathed, slightly out of breath. "I would have taken the time to properly scold all of you for your lack of self preservation, however, it seems like my tardiness has spared you from such a lecture."

Unlike normal, I don't have all the answers. However, I will preface with a foolishly selfish request if you'll allow such a lowlife as myself to make." Bowing lowly in an unmistakably foreign way, Revé cleared their throat and kept their gaze trained on the ground. "I say this with all the kindness and love of a parent, but please leave this place at once."

*Talla sat in her room, wearing a fiery dress that the servants had made for her. She looked in a mirror as she began to put makeup onto her face. She dipped a small brush into a reddish substance and began to rub it onto her lips. And then all of a sudden, she couldn't hold the brush in her hand. Her hand began to shake as the brush fell from it. Talla looked like she had seen a ghost. She turned and saw a young Talla kneeling on the ground in front of a tall man. The young Talla began to speak* [

Please father, forgive me, I never meant to disappoint you *He father then began to speak* You have always disappointed me. You have and will always be, the afterbirth of this family *The young Talla looked up towards her father with tears in her eyes* Please father, I will never disappoint you ever again! *Her father merely stood, motionless* Please! Have mercy! I promise, I will never disappointyou again! *Her father began to walk towards her* Oh, I know you wont, but I want to make sure you never forget the promise you have made to me today *He stopped in front of Talla and put his hand on her face. Talla could hear a child's scream and when she broke out of her trance, the mirror was shattered, and the desk was overturned. She felt her face and grabbed a shard of glass to see the long forgotten scar that her father gave her. But then it began to slowly vanish as she looked up and saw two of her men waiting for her. It was time. She finished putting on her makeup and put on her mask before walking with the men out of her room*

Scarlet held her arm, then looked at Reve. “We can’t. Even if it is a trap, we can’t cower away now. We need every advantage we can get” she said quietly. She had never met Reve, so she didn’t want to sound rude.

Their smile was bitter but understanding. Revé fiddled with their mask as they regarded Scarlet. They didn't recognize the voice, but the strings had shown them that she was trustworthy so they didn't feel the need to be hostile towards her. "I understand, this is why I am here. However, my first priority is to serve the crown. I have to protect those I serve with all that I am. Therefore, I wish that you would leave this place as soon as possible, and in return I will provide any information you desire."

But they had to shop the group out as fast as they could. Fate had been kind to them, allowing them time to talk, but the new Queen was unstable. There was no knowing what she would do if she realized that her greatest enemies had walked into her territory
