It stood up onto it's hind legs, reaching a good five-and-a-half feet tall, then let out a small echoing couple of clicks, almost sounding like chuckles. It could tell it was in a sort of forest for sure, but it couldn't tell where it what kind.

It started to crawl toward the voices, curious. It heard strange words that it had never encountered, interesting tones that it wanted to explore. All in all, it wanted to meet the people behind the voices. It found the forest thinning, realized it was hearing the edge, then stood up straight. "Four may be frightening." It stalked out of the forest and pinpointed the source of the voices, then started to walk toward the.. People?

It realized that there was screaming, then picked up it's pace a little bit. Someone.. Was being dragged away? It would arrive at the source of the sounds soon, it's vision almost picking up the sources of sound. It had poor vision, but excellent smell and hearing.

Suddenly, it froze. It couldn't hear anything anymore. It fell back down to all fours, then started to move as fast as possible to it's right, toward the forest again. It made sticks crackle and break, bumped into trees and made small thunking sounds. Then it froze again and stood straight up once more, looking around with it's poor vision.
