Scar pounced onto one of the people, knocking the person over and pinned the person to the ground.

"Weezing, toxic!" The other shouted. A pokemon previously unseen attacked.

Mira jumped out of the way of the move, dragging Liam with him. "Did you know about these guys?!"

"No! O-Of course not!" Liam gasped.

Weezing flew back slightly. The trainer kicked Z in the stomach. "Sludge!" He called out. The Weezing used the move.

"Oh for Arceus' sake I thought we could do this peacefully," Mira groaned. Toka slithered out of her jacket. "Nah, Z's got this one."

Z took the kick and resisted the urge to cry out. "Dodge then use shadow ball!" Z said, pain in her voice but kept the person pinned down.
Angel did as she was told as Scar growled at the one she had pinned down 'Move and I bite.' She growled

The grunt ignored the threat (probably because he couldn't speak pokemon) and kicked Scar, while the other one kicked Z again. The Weezing used Sludge again, low on health now.

Scar bit the person's shoulder as they kicked her. Angel dodged and used shadow ball once more
Z was kicked off this time and ended up coughing "Ow." She said in between coughs as she sent out Tyrant

The grunt scrambled to his feet and quite literally dragged the other to his feet, sticking his foot out to keep Scar off. "What's your problem?!" He snapped. He returned Weezing, who had fainted.

"You were just talking about catching Articuno!" Liam pointed out. "That's fishy."

"Everyone tries to catch the legendary birds! Not just us!" The other growled, holding his shoulder.

Z got up, holding her stomach "You're idiots if you think Articuno will-" She stopped as the pain in her stomach grew worse the more she talked.
Scar and Angel were growling at the two grunts but stopped when they heard the pain in Z's voice and went to her side.

Liam shone the flashlight at them. They were older, probably around sixteen or seventeen, but wearing regular clothes; not Rocket uniforms. "Oh. Um. That's awkward."

"Yeah, but how did you expect to catch ARTICUNO?!" Mira threw her arms up.

"We just wanted to try-"

"Oh just get out of here. That's pointless. Go on. Shoo. Shoo," Mira snapped. The two looked at each other and slunk away.

Tiger glanced over to Z ad Scar. "I believe your Pokémon more than you. Sorry but if Cyndaquil tells me something's wrong then I believe him." He said quickly. He called out Dusk and Dratini.

"most of the time you listen" the Pokémon said in slight frustration and used a Flamethrower on a Pokémon.
