“ He just needs to rest, young one,” Andromeda said softly, nudging the cub with her nose. “I’m sorry, we didn’t get you something to eat yet. Hold on just a bit longer, “ she said softly, shifting her attention back to cat. She sniffed at the bullet wound, and transformed back into a human. She carefully inspected the wound and pulled out the bullet as easy as she could. “Turns out, fingers are useful...” she said, partially to herself. She tore a piece of fabric off her large coat and wrapped Kat’s shoulder the best she could.

Yukio nodded hollowly, and transformed into a very young boy. He grabbed his backpack from a shadowed corner of the den, and dropped a first aid kit next to Andromeda. "Mama never let me go out of the cave without my bag. It has everything in here...a first aid kit, and a few snacks. Though I ate all the snacks...sorry" he said quietly. The young boy then went over to a sunny corner in the cave, and sat down in silence.

Andromeda picked through the first aid kid, finding disinfecting wipes and proper bandages. She cleaned up Kat’s would gently and re-wrapped his wound with the fresh bandage. “ alright...we’re alright...” , she muttered. She turned to look at Yukio, sitting in the corner. “ Yukio...” she started, “ Will you be alright Kat here and Lucia? I’m going to get you something fresh to eat. “ she said, looking down at her bloodied hands. And to also clean myself up...”, she thought.

Yukio nodded, and turned into a lion once more. He curled up, and decided to take a light nap. "We'll be fine" he said kindly, and yawned.

Andromeda steped out of the cave, transforming back to wolf, and headed to the trees, following the scene of rabbit. She waited a moment before sending movement, and chased it down quickly. She came back to the den, placing the rabbit near Yukio should he wake soon. She laid around Kat protectively, and settled down. She watched the sleeping cats, and gazed to the entrance of the den, watchfully.

Yukio opened one eye, and are part of the rabbit. Due to being so young he didn't finish it. "Do you want the rest?" He asked Andromeda and walked over. He glanced at Kat, who was still passed out.

Lucia, who had been watching Yukio, nearly leapt out of her fur at the sight of Kat. "Oh my god." She breathed. "What-- what happened?" She asked softly, in horror.

”Gunshot,” Kanti explained gravely, looking at Tiger. She shook the fresh snow off of her fur and looked to Yukio curiously.

Andromeda left the rabbit be, shaking her head, “ Someone else can finish that,” she said, watching Kat’s breathing. ” He came across some humans. They had Yukio’s mother. ” Andromeda explained, darkly.

Yukio looked over to Andromeda in concern "they had my mom?" He asked in concern, and glanced back over to Kat.

Kat was still in a light sleep when he heard Lucia. He didn't open his eyes as he responded. "They got away...though I did a number on one of them" he grunted lowly.

Kat grunted, and opened his eyes now. He sat up propping himself up on his good arm. "They will be back in a few days. If you want to fight them that's fine, but I plan on being away from here before they show up...I don't want them hurting Yukio" he said partially in an annoyed tone.

“ There’s nothing we can do for now,” Andromeda said, inspecting Kat’s wound as he sat up. ” If they return, they’ll be more prepared for a fight...do they know how many of us are here?”, Andromeda asked.

Andromeda looked worried, “ Still...now they know there’s more ‘game’ out here for them to catch. I agree with your words earlier - we should be gone from here soon,” she said. “ How is your shoulder?”, Andromeda asked.
