Ellie smirked and tugged on her hand as hard as she could, causing it to tear off. Black, think blood dripped from the trees and onto the ground like black rain. She looked at her handless arm and then to Shadow.

Luca looks up, black blood dropping onto his forehead. He whimpered. "Remy, we need to leave. I can't stand this, it's just like-"

Remy cut him off. "Alright, we can leave these two to their child's play." He padded quietly towards the edge of the trees.

Ellie licked the spot where her hand used to be and made a clicking noise, almost like a distorted purr. She jumped up to a higher branch and stared at Shadow like an owl.

Luca closed his eyes and buried his face into Remy's neck.

Remy sighed and sat on the edge of a cliff, letting Luca slide off his neck and onto his back.

Ellie cocked her head and blinked slowly. "Should I be afraid of that cocky look on your face, or amused?" She asked, digging her nails into the branch she was on.

Laura watched the two, panicking and breathing heavily. She folded her wings and shifted, tempted to pick up Ellie and throw her over the cliff.

Oichi jumped up to a tree Savannah was sitting on, quietly come behind her. She put her palms on Savannah's shoulders, if she screams, she falls. She stays quiet, she'll live.

Oichi quietly and quickly moved her back into the tree so no one will see both of them. "What's going on here?" she whispered when she was sure nobody was watching.
