McKenzie exited the mansion after walking around for a bit and suddenly she sees the figures, "I knew it", McKenzie went back in hoping that she will not be seen by Shadow.

Luca growled. "I don't care if I can't see, I don't want magic to heal me. Ever." He turned his head away from Shadow.

Laura held the two pieces up, slowly bringing them together. She fit them together, hearing a popping noise.

Remy watched Laura intently.

Opening the door ajar, McKenzie saw something unusual, "Oh my gosh!", then she closed the door hard, "This is unbelievable, I don't know what's happening, if only people knew about my situation".

Laura held the baton as it hummed and glowed in her hand. "It's so demonic and beautiful." She said quietly, admiring the baton.

Remy nodded. "Careful now, only The Director can wield it without giving into it's dark magic."

McKenzie was ready to go face to face against the figures, "Here I go", so McKenzie got out from the mansion and she ran to see the person who is called the Director. But unannounced to McKenzie, The Director grabbed McKenzie and said, "So you foolish ignoramus, you think you can stop me". McKenzie was bewildered, "Wait, why?".

[Um, you can't really make a Director character yet, as it hasn't been determined who he is yet. That's one rule broken on your part, SensGirl25, and one warning for you. No manipulating the plot too much.]

Remy sat up. "We don't know, but he's supposed to lead a mighty army with that, and we need to find him. Or her." He added.

Laura handed the baton to Remy. "Sounds like a big job. Hopefully, whoever they are, they want to be the leader of an army."

Laura looked at Shadow. "Did you see this? It's so magical." She said, picking up the baton and handing it to her.

Remy watched Laura hand the baton to Shadow. "Be careful, this needs to stay intact until we find The Director, who is most likely in Hell as we speak."

Luca mumbled something and turned his back to Shadow.

Laura took the baton. "Why is this so important?" She asked Remy, tracing her finger over it's lines.

"Well," Remy stated, "It's the only tool known to be able to open portals to other worlds and bring their residents back in one piece. And that's exactly what we need."
