Amy gulped a little and walked forward. "A-Amy, Amy Yuki." She
replied, taking his hand and shaking it. She hoped this wasn't some
trap, she was quite defenceless at this point.
Umbra had been in a Forrest for some time. She looked over at a
picnic bench with some flies around it. No humans. She skipped
along to it and noticed a hotdog, just laying there. She picked it
up hesitantly and analysed it. Bread, meat. Red meat. Warm,
probably tasty. she thought about it and then took a grand
bite. It was like a meaty Heaven when she ate it, full of flavours
and crispiness. "Hey!" A voice commanded. It was a male human.
She looked down at the food and picked it up, taking it for a run.
She looked at the man chasing after her, and hid behind a tree. She
transformed into a wolf to look more natural, and padded away
happily, the wooden basket clutched firmly in her fangs. She
strolled away four footed and when she thought she was far away
enough, she turned back into a human. She took the blanket off the
top of the picnic hamper to see what was inside, and saw three more
piping hot hotdogs, her dream. She happily finished the half eaten
one and carried in her journey, making her way to what seemed like
a restaurant.
Yamato laughed, noticing Amy's face. "Don't worry. I won't hurt
you. Now, let's get out of here."
Gazzimg at her ice in her hand, Anyu sighed. She kinda missed being
in her shop, in the hevans where the constalations lived. What was
its name again? Sighing, Anyu stood up, throwing the ice away, as
it bounced on the ground. Nevermelt revealing ice did that. Clear
as glass, but strong as diamonds, nevermelt revealing ice was
created by Anyu herself, as a tool for war.
Aurora looks across the town, listening to the streets below. She
starts lightly humming an old tune from the Constallations. Sighing
she sits over the edge, her feet swinging, her tune switches to an
old song.
"Look, I don't really want you to say sorry alright? I probably
missed a lot of stuff while I was sleeping, so I don't care if I
don't know the current situation. All I know and care about is that
I'm back in the demon hunting business and I cool with that." Anyu
said evenly. "But... What is with that fire demon we meet earlier?
He was weird."
"Hey Amy, what are you hesitating for?" Yamato asked, curious. "I'm
not gonna hurt you."
"It's just... You're a demon..." She gulped. "My friend has had a
bad past with Edmonds, we all have..." She murnured, refusing to
make eye contact with Yamato.
"I was cursed to always fail...You know how I was brutally attacked
by those demons? It's because I am cursed to never succeed." he
said. Draco looked away "And I loss someone important to me because
of that curse..." Draco added.
Yamato smiled faintly. "Thank you. Thats the first time anyone has
said that to me."
Anyu nooded. "Well, I believe that not being to feel or experience
love would be overshadowed by being destened to fail at everything.
It sucks to be cursed disent it?"
Draco nodded "Especially when you have a mission to kill demons.
I've thought a lot about this in the past. About giving up on
fighting demons. I can't anymore, I can't fight. Not with this
curse...I'm just afraid to lose someone because of me." he said
"Pull yourself together." Anyu said curtly. "There is always
someone to watch you back, even if you don't like it. Besides if
you quit, you'll lose the respect of your fellow constalations."
"Really? You're just really different from all the other demands,
they would jump right at me in an attempt to kill me. But you're
the opposite, you seem like you wouldn't hurt a fly..." She made
eye contact with him, finally.
"Ahh.... Well, I don't really see the point of killing. Like, why
do demons need to terrorize poor mortals?" Yamato said sheepishly,
scratching the back if his neck. "You're different to you know.
Other constalations would probably try and kill me once they see
me."
