Liana tried to ignore the two people next to her, instead listening to Mr. Smith. He went on about how he was perfectly fine with superhumans, and as long as we didn't destriy the house, we were free to use them whenever. Liana didn't really believe him about being fine with her kind. No one was fine with them. But if she had permission to use her powers, she would put them to use. Soon servants came carrying plates of different food, placing them on the table before offering them all drinks. Placing her plate down she picked pieces of food from the plates nearest her. She saw a hunk of bread she wanted, but it was out of reach. Hesitating for a moment, unsure about revealing her powers, she reached out with her hair grabbing the bread and brining it back as subtlety as possible.

Seraphina watched as the girl used her powers to retrieve the bread. She couldn't imagine letting anyone other then her brother. She pulled her gloves farther up her arms.

Leo caught on to Seraphina's thoughts. So, her powers were that! He smirked to himself. She was cute when she was embarrassed.

Liana noticed the small smirk on the dark haired boys face as he glanced at the woman in blue. She obviously didn't know that he was blatantly reading her thoughts. Liana was begining to despise this boy with a passion. Just who did he think he was, prying into peoples private thoughts like that? Someone had to put a stop to it. Liana wasn't normally the confrontational type, but this guy seemed to bring out the worst in her. Pushing her chair back, she stood. She glared at the man with contempt.

Jacob placed his cutlery down when the girl rose. He could tell that a fight was brewing, and judging by the look of absolute fury on her face, this would be a big one. He was prepared to stop it if he had to, but then again, it might be good for them to get their aggression out. Mama had always told him not to get in the way of two dogs fighting for leadership. It's a natural part of life she would say
