For centuries, the world has revolved around the big 10. The ten strongest celestials most involved with humanity.
And for centuries, the celestials have been rewarding the people with blessing their infants.
For these blessings determine the strongest cultivation path, and give a clear understanding regular cultivators lack.

Not all were made equal. Euodise, The Demon goddess, was shunned for her demonic cultivation path, for what is not normal must be evil.

And those such as Proteus, the Beast and Creature God, were treated as simple servants by other cultivators. Their ability to tame any beast proving only good for illegal markets.

Nothing has ever been perfect. But this has always been humanities problem. The Gods prefer to simply observe

Every decade, the 10 main Celestials hold a competition between the sects, who put forth their best possible contestants ─ disciples were blessed by the celestials as children to follow a certain path of cultivation.

The current Beast Master will collect multiple beasts to set free in a large arena and so, the disciples are left to fight. And whoever wins?

The winner is almost guaranteed to succeed in their path and will gain a blessing from the Celestial Emperor Yu himself.

And yet, there hasn't been a winner for the past 150 years. Because the competition is dangerous and after a while, everyone gives up.

This year? There's guaranteed to be a winner.

Or else it be upon the Beast Master (and Proteus himself)'s head.

Hello! Quick notes for how this works.
So Each God has one character who has been blessed, this determines your cultivation path. If it already belongs to someone else, you have to find a new one. Check "Reserved" for what's unavailable! More info is to come!

Just want to say, any chinese history or language in this is provided with help by Mew, Andrea and April, as I myself don't speak Mandarin. If there is any problems or something seems inaccurate, please let me know seeing as most of this is done by my monolingual self

If you ask anyone, they would say that BingLiu is the nicest (and potentially the most naive) person out there, always willing to listen to others and offering comforting words. His charisma instantly takes people in and paired with his unassuming appearance, creates the image of a innocent young man. But nice does not equate to kind. In reality, BingLiu like his namesake holds cold indifference and really doesn't care about those he has no interest in. He holds very little regard for human life and even less for those who have wronged him. He is petty, spiteful, and bitter; hiding such emotions behind the mask of a kind and helpful youngster to manipulate others into doing his bidding. It isn't because he is ashamed of such emotions that he hides them, however, he simply acknowledges that life would be much harder if he outwardly expressed his disdain. After all, living a seemingly fulfilling life full of brightness is the best way to spite those who have wronged him.



[Appearance]
For his age, BingLiu is quite tall as he stands at 188cm, cutting quite the elegant figure in a crowd. Outside of that, he is largely unremarkable, with a plain face and straight black hair. There are laughter lines etched into his face and smatterings of freckles lining them. Thick rim glasses help hide the scars crawling over his face but those pale in comparison to his jade green eyes. He prefers soft and unassuming clothing, light greens and soft blue hues being his go too shades of colour. Simply another person you would meet on the streets and forget just as quickly.
