What does the Emera fountain do?(you can find it when you click on Town twice, then click on the fountain.)

You can spend 100 pd and make a wish. Sometimes tou get nothing, but a few times i have gotten increased breeding chance.

To add onto what -Julie- said not only can it increase breeding chances sometimes, but it can also increase the chance of hatching a shiny or megaable pokemon (not sure if Im forgetting something or not).
