Virginia is such a pretty state 😍

Made it to Virginia. We and hubby drove up at our destination at 1:30am EST.

Changed time zones from central to eastern. Gotta get used to it.

In Tennessee!! Whoot! Gotta finish driving through here, (first time driving the interstate through a major city! Whoot!!), a bit of Missouri, then hooome stretch!!!

950 miles to go. Almost to the Arkansas border!

Well, car is reserved, about a bit over halfway done packing, nervous as I'll be yet again.

Can't wait to make it to Virginia. Sweet 16 hour ride, here we come.

Wasn't bad, but my town got one of the tornadoes from the storm. Glad it was only an EF-1. Scary thing, it went down a few street(like 3 blocks) away from me.

I hope everyone else is okay that was in the giant storms path. That was crazy.

Days like past 3 make me miss Louisiana. Oklahoma winter weather is rough! 😭

Fun fact about me:

As a kid, I though the way to get shinies in the leaf green pokemon games and such, was to evolve a normal one and it would just become shiny. I didn't realize you had to find the shiny and catch it.
