I got woken up by my coughs. I feel pain in my right side of my chest. I'm glad that the doctors gave me a blue inhaler.
.I wonder what my asthma nurse will say once I return.( We probably had to redo it anyway since my results were really low from being ill)
I was doing a peak flow test for them to check how my lungs are coping with fostair but the doctors in Japan told me to take this unusual shaped preventor inhaler and blue one so yeah sorry to the asthma nurse in UK.
At least the doctors in Japan offered me to do an asthma test so hopefully I can find out what type I have.
(I wonder how much that's going to cost 💸 )
Maybe I should make it my daily habit. Do pencil drawing everyday, (I probably will end up not doing everyday cause of my other hobbies)

I might draw once I wake up in the morning or when I'm feeling okay.
They said there's not a lot they can do since I've already got the medication and my asthma is just not coping well with covid.
They gave me a different medication to reduce my coughs. It tastes less horrible than the other one.
They offered to give me drips but I said no cause I hate needles 😅
I was half asleep and I think they were giving me mist to inhale. It felt good though.
I hope this time I won't wake up in my sleep. 3hr of sleep isn't enough..

We did get a bit bored cause there's nothing to watch excepts news, all of them saying the same thing.
It's settled down now. The TV programmes are back.
My area isn't affected so we didn't have to evacuate.
The wind is cool cause of tornado coming near but the temperature is still near 40 degree Celsius 🫠
