I want to complete hoenn dex to be able to get deoxys, however when i look at mine i dont see my starter or any previous stage of a pokemon that i had but has evolved.
Is this a visual bug or do i need to have them not evolved ?
If so how do i make them unable to evolve ?

On Pokeheroes, in order for the dex to register you have the Pokemon, you actually need to have the Pokemon. So for example, if you only have Sceptile, but not Treecko or Grovyle, your Pokedex doesn't have them registered, even though you technically did have them at some point.

You can use an everstone to stop Pokemon from evolving :) They can be bought at the Item Shop, Item ~~Shop~~ Market sorry (In the GTS, if you have it unlocked, if it even needs to be unlocked, I don't remember), or you can trade for them. Once you have it, you'll have to give it to the Pokemon to hold.
