~backstory~
his parents were regular Lucarios,he mostly spent his time in the forest,hiding from trainers,he found a strange crystal that turned his body green,orange, and light blue.the crystal gave him psychic powers. Violet Saturn rings formed his feet,he learned how to protect himself when his parents were caught by trainers, he thought he was all alone. until he was adopted and raised by a deoxys named Cosmo. Cosmo has been taking care of Saturn for a while

Her mother and father divorced when she was young, her father remarried years later but then his new wife died and she became the caretaker of the family. That's stuck with her and she feels obligated to help all.

A female shiny Reshiram named Yin and a male Zekrom named Yang adopted Angel and raised him as their own child,Yin gave Angel her blessing. Yin and Yang taught Angel how to communicate to Pokemon and understand them,they taught him how to be strong and intelligent in Pokemon battles. AJay is Angel's starter,he met her when she was a shinx while traveling to Sinnoh to explore and to discover the pokemon,Angel has a strong bond with AJay.Angel had rescued AJay when she was going to be attacked by a flock of murkrows,.hen they got along with each other. Angel had many strong connections with all of his Pokemon,Angel's reshiram mother Yin,and his zekrom father Yang mated,Yin laid an egg,and the egg hatched into a shiny female Reshiram,Angel's Reshiram mother and Zekrom father named her Domino,Domino is half black on the right side of her body,and half white on the left side of her body,she has a white spot around her right eye and a black spot around her left eye a. Angel loves his sister Domino,the two gained a strong sibling bond
