Just a small tip in case it's helpful: you might want to use the same 150x150 square canvas as a base for all the icons (instead of something like 130x150), since that's the max. size they can be! It gives you more space to draw, and it could help make your icon style feel a bit more consistent as well, but of course, totally up to you! c:
Personally, I usually draw them at a larger size (around 500x500) and then scale them down to 150x150!

For the second part: same! I use imgbb and when I’m putting them here I scale them down to 150x150(approx)
