Hello! I am a lurker by nature but an explorer bag for completing badge set one is too tempting, I'm honestly just hoping nobody reads this haha.
But hey! Guess I play PokeHeroes now! I have gotten myself a woobat and a seviper off the auction and they are currently my favourite pokemon I have right now <3
Uh, I guess I'll post again for the badge (the cooldown is 24 hours right?) so if anyone is reading this first of all I'd rather you didn't, second of all I'll see you then! Have a nice day!

Thank you to the user who kindly informed me that it is five posts for the badge, and that there is no 24 hour cooldown for diaries (and for the plushies)! I'm still not entirely comfortable posting without something new to post about as I'm not sure how strictly the rules are held but it'll be pretty easy to find reason to post until I get all five. I have won an auction on a joltick! As galvantua is one of my all-time favourite Pokémon this has made me very happy, I'm doing very well on collecting pokemon I really like! :>

I have figured out how to add a signature (as one can see) and how the dream word shop works! I am one away from buying a plushie (didn't want to get the magikarp one) which I am going to gift to the user who helped me out. My search for a noivern continues.

I believe that the posts that appear connected to my other posts don't count separately, and that's why my post-count is so low. Unfortunately, I don't know how I'm doing that or how to stop it so here's to hoping! I have hatched an ekans! :> I'm very much enjoying naming all my pokemon and the ekans I've called Scarlet. Title: A 'suggestion'

I want to make a suggestion but am way too nervous to

Guess what? I lost in the contest against Professor Oak because of you. ... Well, anyways. It's not that bad. I'm just really disappointed.

Is there anything you wanted to tell me or why are you visiting my lab?"

I thought maybe the message would go away of I just logged out but I've avoided this site for multiple days and it hasn't. Who thought this was a good idea? Wow, I feel awful.

If I did make the suggestion to remove it, some people would surely call me oversensitive and maybe I am because if someone does tell me that then I am never using this game again and my mental heath will be worse for at least a week.

Given this is suppose to be a fun game, what's the point of this? On a quest known for being really hard to punish the player in such a way? Even if it was easier, this would still be a low blow.

Like, is it suppose to be motivating? If we call my experience an exception as the only person in the world who finds punishment demotivating, it could still be rephrased better at least a little? Just *slightly* less harsh.

In short. I feel bad and this game shouldn't do that given it is supposedly a game meant for fun. Distraction.

And I'm complaining because I don't have the confidence to actually make that suggestion. Ha.

And the options too.. "I'm sorry!" And "Give me another chance!" ...The blame is fully on the player and the intent is to make them feel bad.

If the "I'm very sorry!" Dialogue is picked this is the reply:

"Don't worry, it's okay. I've lost in contests with him before - I'm used to the feeling of a loss.
Thanks for helping me, though, I'm sure you did your best. Maybe I'll ask you for another favor in the future, when I'm too busy for a contest and when no other trainer is available."

(The last part is in smaller text, as if said under breath or quieter)

....Fun. So, nice start! Almost undoes the damage of the previous blame placing message. So, the last part. The very necessary last part that completely undoes any of the 'forgiving'. The intent really is to make the player feel bad and I think it's even worse as a rejection. It's not just You did terribly and this is your fault but Forcing the player to ask for forgiveness and then giving the reply of I don't forgive you.

...Could the last part simply be removed? I really want the first message to be rephrased as well but at least this bit is very, very easy. Just take the last bit out. Please.
