Any advice on how to gain more in Rumble Areas?

Keep doing the rumbling in 1 same area over and over again. Make 1 rumbling session 12 hour. Your pokemon will explore more parts of that rumbling area and they will get more item. If they found an explorer bag then it's basically a 2× progress upgrade lol.
