I currently play on my phone. Is this optimal or should I consider playing on a laptop?

I play on my iPad and my phone for quick things. I think it’s better playing on a laptop or computer as you can do things like the safari zone, which you can’t do on mobile

Are Safari zones worth it? I know you can’t do it on mobile, but do you get much out of them?

Sorry for my late response. If you're very skilled in the safari mini games, then it will probably be worth it because there are some pokemon that mobile player cant get which is a vivillon form. There are currently 17 normal vivillon form with 16 of them only obtainable via safari or if someone traded it for you. Patterned vivillon often sell in a higher price since only laptop or pc player could obtain it.
Example:
Basic Vivillon Price
Vivillon With Different Form Price

Basically the price of a vivillon thats other than the basic one skyrockets up to almost 20× it's basic counterparts. And no, you can't get a Vivillon with a form via daycare since the egg will just hatch into the normal basic ver of vivillon.

My point is:
Quote from KARUbinIf u want stonks then:
• Catch as much as vivillon as you can in 1 safari trip
• Adopt the vivillons
• Sell them in high price(400-2000)
