The December 5th one doesn't work it seems like. I saw the task (which was buying 10 lottery tickets) and finished it. I went back and clicked to receive the reward but the pop-up doesn't show I don't know what the reward is, and I don't know if it's only me but yeah.

This problem has already been reported in that thread.

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
