I tried trading Porygon while giving him up-grade and he hasnt evolve yet.

Was it a regular Porygon or a Porygon2? Also, how exactly did the trade look? Did you sent the Porygon to another person that later sent it back, was it a mirror trade or what?

it is regular porygon, it is not a mirror trade, i set up private trade with my friend and give it back and it does not work.
