If I submitted an entry that does not win one contest. Am I not allowed to submit it for another contest? For example, if I submitted an entry that is more of an event pokemon and not variant(and I don't win), am I allowed to submit it in an event mon contest?

@Junghyun so, you're asking if you don't win this one because it's not variant enough, if you can submit it as as an event again next time? sure, if you don't show your sprites to anyone outside the staff of this contest. there was this discussion before 7 days ago.

I decide to try this year but I have some questions.

1 - The draw can be hand make before turn it digital or it's need be enterely in digital?

2 - It's only one draw or I can send more than one?

3 - Can I use a Paldea Region pokémon that was already release in game too or I can only use pokémon from previous regions?

4 - And I can use as base a pokémon that already has a variant in the site or it's not allowed?

it doesn't matter how you sketch or doodle your concept and ideas. what counts is the end product, which has to be digital. no, your working process doesn't need to be entirely digital. however - they are searching for 96x96 sprites , not artworks!

which in game are you talking about? general paldea (meaning all pokemon except legendaries) or only already paldean pokemon on ph? if it's general paldea:
