Do eggs obtained in the halloween event break my chain? I'm afraid of accidentally breaking the chain that I'm doing currently

Title: Will Missing No egg break my chain?

I got a Missing No egg from the quest, completely forgetting that I was in the middle of a chain. It's in egg storage for the moment but I was wondering if it would break my chain if it hatches.
