Hi. I'm in completing the dex and was making Hoenn. I got all dex except for Deoxys and got to the lab to get the egg for Deoxys but it didn't show up. I did the same with Sinnoh and get Arceus.

What else I need to do? Or it is a Bug?

I think you have to wait, i had to after compleating kanto dex

I believe you're actually missing Kyogre. You have a Primal Kyogre, so try taking its Blue Orb away, to revert to a normal Kyogre.
