How do you open a prison bottle

You cannot open a prison bottle. The Prison Bottle is used for changing Hoopa into its Unbound Form. This can be done by giving a Hoopa the prison bottle to hold and it will change forms. If you take away the item from the Hoopa, it will change back into its Normal Form.
