Mothcloud heard the end of the leaders' conversing and knew the Gathering would soon begin...

Sunpaw and Darkpaw, alongside the other apprentices, began to quiet down as well, though Darkpaw needed to be informed of why.

Sunpaw smiled as she waited for the leaders to begin.

“Before we start this gathering I would like to warn of an enemy to all clans! Recently one of our warriors was caught with running away with kitty pet!” He sneered, “Her name is LeafWing and she has been threatening us!” the RiverClan leader abruptly ended his warning as the other leaders began the gathering.

LynxFur bit her lip before she could show her hate towards the leader, the way he spat the word kitty pet didn’t sit right with her! And LeafWing was just looking for her kits, something wierd was going on.

Mothcloud didn't like the tone of the Riverclan leader. She wondered what the real story concerning Leafwing was? And what tied her to Amberstar??

Sunpaw frowned. She didn't like how the Riverclan leader said kittypet in such a tone...

Darkpaw tilted her head. Something wasn't right...

AmberStar nearly let a growl escape her throat, but, she couldn’t let suspicions arise about her and LeafWing

SpiserLwg was confused the few times she has spotted LeafWing were times she was being hassled for having fun with the kits. Harmless fun at that.

AmberStar looked at the other leaders, “Hello! I would like to mourn the death of our previous leader MinnowStar, but now I would like to announce my current reign on ThunderClan.”

LynxFur sighed, al least there was no more sneering, at least by the other leaders.

SposerLeg looked up, it seemed like AmberStar showed a connection to LeafWing and him.

Mothcloud's ears flicked as murmurs began around her. She knew that many were opposed to Amberclaw, but there was nothing to be done about it. Amberstar had gained the nine lives of the leaders.

Sunpaw winced at the murmurs around the gathering.

Darkpaw wanted to hiss at the murmuring. The poor mouse brained cats couldn't look past their own biases. Then again, was Amberstar the best choice...? Wait, why did she have doubts? She was a loyal cat of Thunderclan!
