Gabriel, as the pangolin, slowly started to creep away to find a
corner to turn back into his original self. No matter who he was
with, he still didn't want people to know he had a power. Hopefully
nobody noticed the small armadillo-looking animal in the room.
Valerie stood up and smiled at the wall. "Mr or Mrs Wall, can you
please let us out of here?" she asked nicely. "Or at least make the
room not this bright? Not everyone likes the room this bright."
Jade just watched the convo in the corner, her Bolas now around her
waist.
"Cookie, return," Rose said, seeing that maybe the other person
might have been right all along. Cookie used swift on the small
beam of red light that was trying to take her back. The beam
disappeared and Rose realized that maybe Cookie wanted to help her
after all. Cookie looked up at Lifeblood and tried to find out
which pokemon Lifeblood was but didn't recognize the species.
Lifeblood started running around in happiness. Yees! The room
wasn't bright! It reminded them of the dark caves of Hallownest and
home.
"Thank you Mr wall." Valerie said, bowing. "I see you don't want to
let us go yet. Can you tell us why?"
Gabriel noticed that the light in the room had turned down. At
least he wouldn't be constantly looking at pure white anymore. He
turns back into his human form, wobbling a bit before getting back
on his feet. He looks at the picture he drew and saw that it looked
better with the lights dimmed more than before. He said, "Thanks."
to the wall quietly.
Gabriel said in a quiet voice to Rose, "Maybe you could ask why the
wall isn't letting us out?" He looked at Rose. "I don't mean to be
rude, but you could also be a bit nicer to it." Gabriel was kind of
to the point when he normally talked to people, since he didn't
talk to people a lot.
"Vee," Cookie said, seeming to agree with these people. Cookie
noticed the odd pokemon had cracks. "Eevee!" Cookie said, trying to
let everyone else know that the odd creature seemed to be cracking
Lifeblood stared at Cookie, wondering what kind of creature it was.
It stared at the Eevee confused and curious. A moth? no Moths don't
have that kind of ears.
Gabriel had a worried look on his face. What should he do? He had
no idea. He asked the Wall, "Wall, could you please help one of our
acquaintances. They appear to be cracking, and I don't know how to
help." He awaited an answer from the wall.
Isabelle crouched down, looking at the Eevee. "What're you . . ?"
it kinda seems like something they would make an animatronic out
of. kinda like the rabbit animatronics?
she wants to dance like uma thurman /
bury me till i confess
"Okay, maybe the wall does have feelings. But still, it trapped us
here" Rose said. "Vee! Vee!" Cookie said, trying to tell her that
Lifeblood seemed hurt and not to harm the wall.
Lifeblood noticed everyone looking worried and they seemed
confused. They realized the best way to talk with them was through
the power of writing, so they grabbed a quill, the back of a map,
and some ink and started writing something.
Gabriel saw this and crouched down at Lifeblood's level, wishing to
know what they had to say. He had no idea what Lifeblood was, but
he still wanted to help Lifeblood. He was there, so it only seemed
right for him to do so.
