Request (be as detailed as possible): just a Togepi with a bunch of colorful(red, orange, yellow, light green) leaves on their head. They might wear a scarf and they on they sit stiffly like thi cat here. Could you add some leaves floating around? Thank you!
Payment: I don't know what you'd take so... what would you take- like normally. So undecided yet. But I like to interact so I don't think it'd take long to get what you'd like.

Request (be as detailed as possible): My reference: This little guy here. Colours don't have to 100% match but colours need to be similar. Could it have a multicolour galaxy coloured sort of background? You can add a little bow in the corner that's dusty purple.
